At Caffe by Rosine's in Sand City, you order at the counter but they have a server (or busser?) at the door watching for anything a customer might need. Being in a wheelchair, that extra touch was appreciated. My mom had the breakfast sandwich, which came out piping hot and she said the orange juice was good. I had the veggie sandwich, I don't know what it's called on the menu but the bread was soft and fresh. I loved the cookie butter latte. They do coffee like a serious coffee spot! Everything about it was wrong. The dryness of the bread, the apparent lack of butter, the use of powdered milk, the overly sugariness of the almond paste itself. The marina coffee shop used to carry an almond croissant from another bakery, which I was really looking forward to. So when I bit into this one, I was immensely disappointed.
