Definitely catch a vibe. Hookah, and other things are smoked. Super tall ceilings. Music was EXTREMELY loud. Super huge projection size tv screens. Great back drops for selfies. 2 hour time limit on tables, so plan accordingly. Drinks are overrated and overpriced.

Bottle service lady for Cru extremely great at providing excellent customer care and just a great overall experience

Great place and perfect energy would 10 out of 10 recommend for a nice time out . This was my first time out here in Georgia and when it say the music was great, food was excellent and it was not drama at all... love this place

Presently surprised at the decor and ambiance. Nice location, great DJ and waitstaff. Mahogany was attentive and informative! She came often and made sure we were good. Now the food was not that good. Hubby had the lobster make and cheese, never had Mac and cheese with onions in it! I am from the south and cornbread fed, and have had a lot of seafood Mac and cheese, lobster Mac and just plain old Mac and none have had onions in it! There were more onions it it than lobster! So major fail there. The lamb chops with the "special" sauce was just a mixture of A1 and a little sweetness. I asked for medium on the lamb chops and they came out well done. Portion sizes for the price was a little off. I am super understanding of high food cost; but the portion sizes were small. All in all, had a wonderful time. It was a good chill crowd.

I think this place is super fun! I love the decor ! Everyone was very nice ! Our bartender Vanessa made our night extra special with her amazing service ! We enjoyed the music and I appreciated the cleaning of the bathrooms as well.

Small area for 20 people that made reservations.

We had Reservations at 12 and still waiting at 12:28 for a section and the people refuse to leave. Standing still while waiting this so unprofessional. The owner should make sure the establishment is running properly. They gave a temporary spot for 20 people which is not ok they close at 2 am. The conversation back and forth from the server to the manager about getting a non-bottle paying party out of our section at 12:41. At 1 am we still were waiting in our section for a party of 20+ and they did not remove the people in our section. The restroom is dirty with no tissue paper. The management seems not to have things under control with this cru establishment. Some of our party left because we did not have seating which is not ok. After all, they came for my brother's birthday. At approximately 1:07 they moved two people that were in a section to get us a few seats but that was not what was promised. They continued to tell us the other people in our section were getting sent out and that never happened. The other people in our section did not leave till 1:45 and they allowed them to order two bottles after we arrived. I frequent Cru in morrow often and we have never had this issue. I would not advise anyone to reserve sections because you will not get them.

You feel like you're in 'Mary Poppins."…read moreGeorge Clarke There really is something special about being on a rooftop on a perfect summer evening, and it's great to have it right in downtown Sugar Hill. I would like to say I planned the perfect date, but as some of the best things in life, this was just an impromptu visit to cap off an already great evening. Outside of being on the rooftop, the bar itself is upscale yet approachable, service was fast and friendly. Being a bit of a self engrandized home bartender I'm a bit critical when out of my home lab, but their Smoked Old Fashioned wasn't bad. ("Wasn't bad" really means very good.") While I don't love the prices and hate paying a cover charge, when you throw in live music, a great vibe, and a view, I can't really complain. The owner made an announcement that whoever tipped the band $10 would get a free drink, and since most drinks were over $15 I thought that was cool on many levels. Will definitely be back to The Rooftop!

We walked around and finally ran into a waitress who told us to sit anywhere we wished inside or outside. The only area festive was inside a closed igloo and no heaters were on outdoors which was just a tad too cool for me despite the super nice weather that day. It would have been so to sit outside but without the warmth of the heaters we headed inside. We placed our order and explained we were just there for a pre-dinner drink and wanted to check out the venue so we didn't leave our tab open but we were quickly served the fabulous taking drinks on their menu(s). The Old Fashioned was on the regular menu and the Russian was on their seasonal tabletop menu. Server was very nice and took photos for some ladies we met. The only reason I can't give them a 5 star is they claim they are big on hospitality but yet we were not acknowledged upon arrival. Many restaurants and even some retail stores have a way to ensure they say hello/welcome immediately when you enter and without a hostess - the mindset should be that the bar or wait staff have a way to immediately say hello or welcome so those who have never been feel welcomed as well as those who frequently come. It would be nice to have a more festive decor for the holidays but that didn't affect my review; just a statement to say that the entire Sugar Hill area was pumping and themed with the holiday spirit then we walked in the only area decorated was not even accessible nor was it offered as an option to enjoy.

Most of the servers need a class on customer service and waiting tables, but I guess no one cares when you get your tip regardless of how you treat your customers. I feel like this place should have been packed on a Saturday night, but it wasn't. But let's talk about the food because it deserves its own spotlight. The hummus was unbelievably fresh. Smooth, rich, perfectly balanced with olive oil and seasoning. Every bite had that straight-off-the-grill flavor that makes you pause mid-conversation just to appreciate it. What really took the night over the top was the hospitality. The owner heard it was my birthday and didn't just send a quick "happy birthday" from afar. Worth Every Mile!…read more Before heading out of town for my family reunion, I came into Atlanta to see one of my girlfriends. I told her to find us a place where we could enjoy some good food and drinks. She picked **Fade & Facet** in Duluth, and although it was about a 40minute drive from Austell, let me tell you it was absolutely worth every mile. When we arrived, it was raining a little, but parking was easy since it's located in a strip mall. The outside is beautifully lit with neon signs, flowers, and plenty of photo worthy spots. I'm actually upset we got so caught up talking, eating, and enjoying ourselves that we forgot to take pictures! That just means I'll have to come back. As soon as you walk in, the vibe hits you. Great music, beautiful décor, a lively bar, and several seating areas including a private room where you can reserve space for hookah stick drinks... gathering. If you're looking for a girls' night, date night, double date, birthday celebration, or just a fun evening out, this is definitely the place. Wear something cute for the Photo ops We went on a Thursday evening, and I highly recommend it if you want to enjoy the atmosphere without the huge Friday and Saturday crowds. There was one birthday party there, but it didn't take away from our experience at all. Now let's talk about the service... **Jayda** was amazing, and **Lindsay **our bartender/Manager was everything you want behind a bar. She created one of the best drinks I've had in a long time the **Los Paradise**, made with tequila, mango, and lychee! It was beautiful, creative, smooth, and absolutely delicious. Every drink recommendation she gave us was spot on. She also made the experience personal because she sat down at Eye Level and talked to us and took our order. She was veryAnd just awesome There's a little disc on your table so pay attention to it because this is where you scan one side to get the menu and you can scan the other side to do a Google review. Do not ask for a menu it is right there on that disc.  What impressed me most was how the staff worked together. Whenever Lindsay got busy, Jayda checked on us without missing a beat. That's true teamwork. I also noticed a gentleman walking around who just gave off "owner" energy. Sure enough, he was! I had the chance to chat with him and hear the story behind Fade & Facet. He checked on guests throughout the evening, making sure everyone was enjoying themselves. You don't see that level of hospitality everywhere anymore. We ordered: * **Seafood Island Spring Rolls**  crispy rolls stuffed with salmon, crab, shrimp, peppers, onions, and pepper jack cheese. Absolutely delicious. It came with some red cabbage, and I actually wrapped the red cabbage around the spring roll and dip it in the sauce and man. It was so good!!! * **Grilled Lamb Chops** perfectly seasoned and served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes, asparagus, and their sweet-savory plum sauce. Which took it over the top my girlfriend said while we were Order oh, I don't want them. Oh I don't eat lamb and she actually had my lamb and took one of my chops so annoyed you only get three they were tender too!  * **Oxtails**  rasta pasta tender, flavorful, and served with coconut rice and plantains. Comfort food done right. My girlfriend ordered lobster, but it missed but Linsay apologized immediately and fixed it without hesitation. That's what great customer service looks like. One thing I really appreciated was that they close at 11 p.m. on Thursdays, yet no one rushed us out. We were allowed to finish our food, enjoy our drinks, relax, and continue our conversation. That level of hospitality made the night even better. I also love supporting Black owned businesses, especially one that's been around and continues to provide such a quality experience. Between the amazing food, creative cocktails, attentive staff, music, décor, and all the Instagram/ tik tok worthy photo spots including the iconic Fade & Facet wall this place exceeded every expectation I didn't have. I thought I was gonna come here when I saw the videos on tik tok and just get Photo ops, but that's not what happened If you're in Atlanta or even if you're 30 to 40 minutes away make the drive. Grab your friends, your significant other, or your family and make an evening of it. You won't regret it. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Atlanta. We did not receive all drinks until 2 and a half hours after we arrived. We were told most of their staff was new which contributed to the delay but it became clear this was a restaurant where you're prioritized by who you know and where you were seated.
