We stopped in late last Saturday morning on the recommendation of our cabinet maker. I was very disappointed that, although the sign on the door clearly states that anyone entering must be wearing a mask, the red-headed woman that initially helped us didn't wear one at all, and the second woman who assisted us with a product quote kept hers under her nose the whole time. The second woman escorted us around the showroom to help us find a match for something we already liked. She priced out a Hanstone countertop with 2 separate measurements (with and without a separate breakfast bar) and the estimates were $2600 more than one we got from ProSource for the exact same material and the quote for turnaround time was 2 weeks longer. While we appreciated the very quick estimate (we did have to wait a few days for ProSource), it was really not worth the trip out to Portsmouth for us. They also don't carry anything other than stainless sinks, which was unfortunate. Given their inability to adhere to their own protocols and their exorbitant pricing, we will not be patronizing Superior Marble & Stone.

He showed up the next day on time and offered to wear gloves and mask prior to entering our home (this is during the COVID-19 crisis, regardless of anyone's differentiating feelings towards the crisis, this was a nice personal touch). Once he completed measuring, he talked us through various product options and suggested laminate vinyl plank as a great choice. Lifetime residential warranty, waterproof, scratch resistant and affordable. Those were the exact qualities my wife and I were looking for in our new floors. Thomas showed us a video of the flooring system that they just completed in a multi-million dollar home and I'd have to say, they looked phenomenal. We received our estimate the very next day and decided to move forward with project. The install team was great and completed our job in a day and minimized their footprint in my home. So happy we choose Reap Industries and highly recommend you consider them for your next flooring project. 10/10 A++

Thomas and his company installed over 1500 square feet of waterproof laminate flooring at a very reasonable price . They were extremely courteous starting with his office manager, Donna to the installation crew. They were flexible with their work schedule after I discovered some floor joists and wall had to have work done due to an undetected leak. I am pleased to have found a "local" and honest company. They cleaned up and never left a mess. I would recommend you look into this company for this type of installation and don't waste your time with big box nor companies that advertise on television.

The head installer arrived late after the team, walked in, looked at my boyfriend (the home owner) and walked right past and then asked who the homeowner was, which was rude. 3. We were told not all the rooms were going to be finished because the head installer has to leave early so he can play in his band that night.. IM SORRY WHAT? 4. They completely forgot part of our order, the LVP we ordered as well was never written down and the installers had no idea about it. I called the owner Ed and he says he did not write anything down on our file about an LVP (after my boyfriend and I went to the store and picked it out the same appointment where we picked the carpet). 5. Ed then said he found the file in his truck. Told me he would get back to me about where that is and when that could happen.. HE NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. 6. The installers did not clean ANYTHING up. The carpets had loose carpet thread debris all over it, they left a pile of scraps in the bedroom, our floors were littered with carpet threads. WE had to clean up THEIR mess. We were told someone could come the next morning to clean (because the guy Yogi had a show to play that night and couldn't come back to clean).. No, we needed it done then so we could move our furniture back. 7.They did not cut out the carpet for one of our bedroom ac vents correctly, I had to go back and cut the carpet so the ac vent would lay properly. 8.They were rough with our furniture when moving, I had to walk back and ask them to be more careful and watch them move the rest of the furniture. 9. The installers ate some of our halloween candy, (which is fine), BUT NOT when you leave the wrappers on OUR floor for US to clean up, and let's not forget their empty water bottles. 10. Head installer Yogi was rude, showed no manners or professionalism and rushed to leave without cleaning up so he could go to his show later that night. I asked him if he would like a drink.. he replied "um yeah water" like I was dumb for not knowing that... THEN when I went to hand him his water he replied "just put it over there". NO thank you, no manners. 11. Spoke with Ed about all problems and he took $50 off our final price.... which in my opinion is nothing compared to the inconvenience we went through. He seemed apologetic at first, but showed his unprofessionalism as well. 12. That all was last week, fast forward to yesterday, I texted Ed about the update on our LVP, he never got back to me. I texted him today, and he called me saying he will not do our LVP until we pay him for carpet. I explained how we don't want to pay for everything until our whole order is finished (LVP and instillation). He threatened to take me to court, put a forbidence on our house and started MOCKING me. A grown man mocked me lol, what professional person does that? He also told me he has no reason to talk to me and does not want to talk to me anymore.... He has still YET to schedule the LVP installation. 13. The estimate we got was completely wrong and charged us for more work than they had to do. That people got fixed. 14. We were told the secretary would contact us for the date of installment & we had to track her down. This company had great reviews and we were REALLY let down with the experience we had with them. They were also booked to do our hardwood, NOW we are going someplace else. WE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! If I could rate 0 stars I would. They did a good job installing the carpet,(minus the vent issue) however, the installers and Ed were so unprofessional and we ran into more problems than we could have imagined. Never again!

My husband and I went in person to Floor Trader and chose our samples and what we got vs what we chose is completely different! At the very least so no other person is in the same circumstance that I find myself in, the company should discard that "sample" of the floors that were in the showroom. How is your company and also the manufacturer okay with me just simply hating my floors? This was supposed to be a lovely experience and between Floor Trader (Andrew you were actually very nice and helpful) and my incompetent contractors, this was a terrible experience and I would not recommended doing business with anyone involved in the future. I am aware that Floor Trader is just the supplier and not the manufacturer but they were no help at all when I voiced my concerns and now I'm just stuck with floors that I truly detest.
