I booked this company through U-Haul six weeks before my move, yet the experience was…read moreunprofessional from the start. I had to initiate all communication, including scheduling and confirmation. The day before the move, I had to reach out to confirm; they not only confirmed but specifically asked to arrive 30-60 minutes earlier than our original 10:00 AM start time and I agreed. Despite this, they canceled via text around midnight (just hours before the move) citing staffing issues and leaving us in a lurch with heavy furniture and difficult stairs. While they provided refund instructions and proactively offered an additional $40 to cover the cost of me having to find last-minute help, they ultimately ghosted me. They never sent the promised funds and never responded to my messages, which were kind and understanding in spite of the situation and our panic. Finding replacement movers on a few hours' notice was incredibly difficult and expensive. I would not recommend relying on this company for a dependable move.

Little's does not want to desire to be a big box HVAC company. This is an old family business. They don't have the money and time to get around to take care of everybody in ENC so don't hate on them for being first come, first serve and quality. I happen to run circles in this conference and business and I will tell you that Little's is the favored and most respected by TRANE..
