I few minutes ago I sent another email to Ronda Harlow, she's the VP of customer service, I told her Lowe's is in possession of our property, it was at our home, however it was removed by the installer's supervisor's order until the situation is resolved. As stated earlier, Lowe's made absolutely no effort to contact us for a resolution. Now Lowe's has our $1,593.45 and our window. Stayed tuned we aren't finished with this!

When we first booked in store it was easy peasy and even got some deals for booking more than one project, but they have no idea wth they are doing. It's been over a month and our project is still on hold because of mistakes made on their part. It took weeks to pay for the project, which needed to be done to book a day. We had to call around and find the independent contractors and book our installation ourselves. Countertops went in, and are beautiful, however they refused to demo the previous backsplash, which we paid for. So when the tile people got here, not only was the tile not suited for a backsplash, there wasn't enough ordered and they couldn't install it because previous tile was not demolished and they didn't feel comfortable doing it with the new countertops. So now nobody will touch our project that has already been paid for. Lowes is telling us we need to pay out of pocket for demo (which we already paid them to do) and start over and pick new tile. As professionals, shouldn't they know which tiles are suitable for backsplash? Shouldn't they know to book demo prior to countertops and backsplash? I guess we will have another month with no kitchen. I wish I could get a refund.
