I spoke to a dispatcher who told me I would have to come pick up the car or pay another days storage fee (it was 11:00 pm & I live in another state!). I called back the next morning and spoke to Dave, the owner, who was rude and beligerant, and told him we would NOT be paying for the illegal tow. After informing him that he had no right to tow the car and that I I would be reporting him to the RI Department of Transportation told me to come get the car.
