The prices were fair, we weren't locked into a contract, there was no deposit, the invoices were clear, the website was easy to use, and the customer service was great. We rented a modem/router from them for a month and then bought our own to avoid the monthly rental fee. Rita was a pleasure to work with and was always friendly, prompt, and kind. Whenever we needed a technician to come out (which wasn't often), someone came by quickly and completed any necessary repairs promptly and professionally. I definitely recommend Procom as a great choice for telephone and Internet needs.
