This place is amazing! Just got a Ceramic Pro package and could not be happier. Warranty, nationwide servicing, and the coating is reported on Carfax! To all those complaining about Groupons-you get what you pay for. You wanted a package, that in this companies defense they called Essential. They also have a Classic and Elegance. C'mon people, it's all in the names. If you want what you think would be in a "classic detail" why would you buy something that says Essential. This company does not hide what they do. Every step is listed on their website. Just because you don't know what you are buying from a third party source does not mean you can take it out on a poor review. A great detail shop in the spring and summer should be busy. Just be patient they will get you in. It'll be worth it. read more

This place did a great job! I used a Groupon for it, and sometimes I know you don't get the best service when using one, but I felt like I got the treatment, service, and great quality that they'd give anyone. My car was spotless and completed when they said it'd be. They even went a step further to buff out some scratches that my husband thought were permanent. Great job! The only downside, is I had trouble finding the place. It's really tucked back in there, so give yourself some time. He was very nice and understanding and not at all upset that I was late dropping it off. I would definitely recommend this place. I've never had a car detailed and decided to "treat" myself, so I scheduled to have two done with the great Groupon deal! I had to wait more than a month but that didn't matter. The day arrived, Chris was very attentive to my finding the place (iPhone map didn't get it right) and he did a beautiful job of making both cars SHINE!! When I bought a Groupon for this company , I wasn't sure what I would get. I just knew my collectible VW was in bad need of a good cleaning. The owner Chris showed a great deal of respect for the aged car and treated it like it was much-more-valuable auto. Chris does a great job. I have taken a truck to him which came back to me looking great, he even got most of the dog hair out of the backseat without an additional charge. We took a car to him that was stolen, smoked in with the widows up, had Meth smoked in it and was generally disgusting when recovered. I used my Groupon with CrownKote to clean up my 2007 Saturn Aura and am so glad I did! The Groupon was a great deal, but I will not hesitate to pay full price when it needs cleaned again.
