They moved everything from my studio to my new place in under three hours. It was a local move with only about 10 to 15 minutes of driving, but they were still extremely fast and efficient. Nothing was broken, although I did transport the more fragile items myself to be extra careful. The only issue was that they left several long, noticeable scuff marks on the wall in my narrow hallway. That was unfortunate, but it felt fairly minor in the grand scheme of the move. Overall, the movers were professional, efficient, and easy to communicate with. I would still recommend them, but I would suggest keeping an eye on the walls in tighter spaces.

They even went above and beyond in disposing of an old piece of furniture that we ran out of room to store. I have also had past moves with them that were very short notice and small. To some this may have been the part where you panic, especially if you are running small items back and forth to your new place, to me?? This was PERFECT, because I was able to have a headstart for my long moving day. The truck was large enough, both movers came in and were polite, patient, and did not make me feel uncomfortable when handling my items. They wrapped all dressers, tv stands, coffee tables, and TVs and ensured everything was delivered carefully. Mr. Diaz was a delight to speak with. He explained exactly how he would repair the turntable. BTW, his explanation demonstrated a detailed knowledge of the turntable design, engineering and innards. His fee structure was reasonable. I authorized the work which was done in the forecast time frame. Took the turntable home and it has been working LIKE NEW for more than a year. Yesterday, I contact Mr. Diaz by email to ask about potential repair of a Super Audio CD player. He responded promptly and advised that the machine is too old to repair because of a lack of parts. Instead of "blowing smoke," he HONESTLY suggested that, if I wanted to replace the player with the same model, that I look on eBay. He is an HONEST, ethical, businessman. He is knowledgeable and efficient. I would not hesitate to bring other equipment to him for repair.

Marcus arrived in a company vehicle with all his equipment and the two mounts. Marcus was awesome, he slipped on shoe covers before going upstairs. We showed him what we wanted and he went to work. I told him that if he needed help to mount the TVs once he placed the mounts on the wall to give me a shout. I went downstairs, and barely heard him working. He worked so quietly that my nervous pup didn't even bark or get anxious. Marcus worked fast, told me he was done, and he had the TVs mounted on the wall. The swing arm mount is perfectly placed and moves smoothly. It is just what I envisioned and hoped for and no mess. Marcus gave us the different payment options, price was as quoted with no changes. Its a scam with a single person serving as both the "company" and incompetent "handyman". Look elsewhere if you are a business and need a regular standby handyman. I have given 1 star because the filler handyman, Guillermo, actually knows what he's doing and is more competent but he only comes once in a while.

Victor was easy to schedule and responsive to message. Also the pricing was competitive. He was also very through with the work - because of the extensive nature of the work, he actually had to come back because the mud wasn't dry in time. Instead of trying to rush the job, he did the right thing and scheduled a follow up visit a couple days later to finish the job correctly. Now you can't tell where the cieling was torn out and where it wasn't. I would highly recommend him and work use him again for future jobs.
