It was hot, rich, and creamy, but the cheese overwhelmed the pasta. Good overall, but better balance would have made it great. 7.7/10 Stoke Famous Wings - tossed in the chef's hot honey and topped with caramelized onions, banana peppers, and Gorgonzola. It was a unique combination that was absolutely incredible! 8.5/10 The Meatball Pizza - vodka sauce, mozzarella, Anna's meatballs, and parsley. After finding them, made the decision to take the family. Well, what a surprise! The Lasagna on the Yelp menu was $18. The restaurant was now charging $30. Chicken parm was $18, now $28. Holy smokes! The food was good but really overpriced for Italian food. The service was fine but the inside was pretty cold. White tiled floors with black table clothes didn't lend to a warm atmosphere. Sorry, can't recommend Gambino's, not worth the money.

I would go here for a casual dinner or lunch... or a night out pregame/pre dinner to going out. Tried the apps: calamari, Sundried Tomato Tartare, & Croquettes. Calamari was average 6/10... nothing super unique; Croquettes were at 4/10 (I do not recommended these very bland); Sundried Tomato Tartare 10/10... best thing we ate all night... this Tartare is a MUST TRY! The Pizza: The Bushwick without Speck... 7/10... I would order this again... super simple and cheese pizza with jalpeño & hot honey. The crust was just perfect not overdone or burnt! I would want to try other pizzas as well. I will definitely be recommending this to friends & family to try... and I will be back again!

Let me tell you this, Tony, the owner and chef is straight from Palermo, Sicily. This may very well be the best Italian food in the Lehigh Valley. Tony makes a ridiculously good pizza. His lasagna, which I never order out (I'm Italian and lasagna has always been a make-it-at-home kind meal) is as good as I have ever had. The place is run by family and the menu from top to bottom is delicious. I have had pretty much everything since moving to Forks in 2011. When I first moved here, this restaurant was often the topic of some jokes because it looks like a private residence. It took me 6 months to pull in and try the place and to this day I regret missing out on those 6 months of heaven.
