I took my car to this business a few weeks ago due to issues that I believed to be in the…read moretransmission. Frank (owner I believe) was very direct and after a test ride and a quick inspection of my car advised that he did not believe the car issue was due to a transmission issue. He advised that he saw broken motor mounts on the right side and felt those needed to be replaced. I took the advise and replaced the mounts on the right side. Once done, he took the car back out for a test ride and advised the issue still persisted. He advised the motor mounts on the left side were very used and recommended to replace those to check if the issue still persisted. Authorized and replacement took place. That still did not fix the main issue I had but I knew that the car was in much better shape than it was when I brought the car in. He suggested that both trans-axles we very used and one was leaking liquid (something he advised on the initial inspection. I authorized the replacement along with the center bearing support and the car ran like new. They did a great job and did not rush to replace every part needed immediately. They worked through the issue one piece at a time and got the car working perfectly again. I will be using them again if in the future, any additional service is needed. And this particular Sportage is their top new model, bigger and much more roomy, has tons more tech features and is 42k. When you get in, the seat automatically adjusts to you. And upon opening the door the seat moves back. The leather is so soft and buttery. And their warranty is better than the old one. Worth checking out Kia if you're in the market for a new car. Their service department is always fast. They have an app that you can track their progress as they work on your car. And waiting is fantastic in their new waiting area. I was called a liar by the general manager because of the swirl marks that they left in the side of my truck from the buffer, he told me it happened going through a car wash. I never went through a car wash and a car wash wouldn't put swirl marks in your paint anyways body lines that lineup. My insurance company paid for the paint to be blended into the roof in the end of the hood so it not do that. They stole the money from the insurance company, which is insurance fraud. My insurance company is looking into that right now just everything about this place is poor. Just stay clear. Do your research. If you need a good body shop find one do the research I didn't pick them. I drove by in one day and saw Woods body shop and thought they would do a good job look like a nice place. Well I was wrong. I'm highly disappointed. My truck looks like it was painted and buffed by a four-year-old and they actually let my truck go out of the shop look that way I picked it up after hours late so I didn't get a chance to look at it till the next day. It was raining the next day so it took a few days for me to actually get it in my garage get it cleaned up take a unbelievable, and they don't wanna stand behind the product. Stay clear.

They assured me it was a good little truck to purchase. Just needs tires and an alignment. Well the entire truck is completely rusted out. My son went into a ditch and there is so much rust on the truck its impossible for them to fix. The truck is totaled and I am out $7000!
