Unfortunately, a sign on a counter is not the same as clearly communicating a fee to a customer before payment--especially on a large transaction. At no point during my interaction was this fee mentioned, and I only became aware of it after reviewing my receipt. That removes the customer's ability to make an informed payment choice. Also, this is not "standard practice for all businesses." Many either disclose fees upfront or build them into their pricing. The issue is not the fee itself, but the lack of direct transparency. That is why I chose not to return.Thanks. I was not informed of an additional fee for paying with a credit card. It was not disclosed at any point prior to payment. I only became aware of it after reviewing my receipt. Had this been communicated upfront, I would have used a different payment method. Transparency should be standard practice. For that reason, I will not patronize this business again.

I called that day and left a message for Brian. No one called me back. I work 12 hours a day so I was unable to bring it back that day. I called again the next day got nothing so I took it back there. When I described what was going on speaking to Brian and that I almost wrecked in my Jeep I got well I can't get you in until Monday. You can leave it here if you want. Couldn't careless. Come to find out this man is the owner of the business! At this time I was not aware of the seriousness of the problem. I then took it to a friend who discovered by bending over and looking at the rear end of my Jeep they didn't bolt up the rear track bar!!!! Took it to Jeep which took ten mins to fix which btw were way busier than this shop was but were able to get me right in because of the seriousness of this mistake! When I went back to discuss the problem with the shop I spoke to Richie who was the mechanic to put the lift on. I showed him the picture of the missing bolt and basically all I got back was attitude no apology. I explained to him I understand things happen we're human we all make mistakes that I was more upset about the way it was handled when I brought my jeep back. Brian then steps in on the conversation and instead of apologizing for the way he handled this I got more attitude. At this point I'm livid they then try to blame me for not leaving my jeep there when I stopped in the first time. Telling me he instructed me to leave it there over the weekend which he did not. They both then tried to say well if your car broke down you would of had to leave it. Really!? His excuse for not looking at it when I brought it back was it was quitting time .... he works six days a week ..... Refused to give me any money back or an apology. When I explain to them that if I would've wrecked it would've had a lawsuit on their hands Brian tells me no I wouldn't. They offered to pay what Jeep charged me to put the bolt in after I told them I wanted money back. Richie reaches into his wallet and hands me ten dollars. The guys were nice enough and once I got in the garage they aired my tires to 35 psi, checked my cold cranking amps and pulled my air filter out to show me - even though I asked them no NOT pull it out. They want you to stay in your car throughout the experience. Not once did they tell me how much money it costs. Turns out they want $91.99 for a full synthetic oil. Quite a lot in my opinion. I may start doing my own oil changes in the future. Interestingly looking up other oil change places in this area NO ONE posts the cost of a standard oil change. You have to call them. There's a sign outside the garage that advertises it takes "about 15 minutes". It was almost exactly 15 minutes for my visit. Had they checked the cabin air filter or changed my regular air filter ($25) it may have taken a few minutes longer.

Prices are super reasonable and J our technician did a great job of explaining everything to us. They were recently bought by Valvoline so we were able to use a coupon too.
