I called prior to going, having never been to this establishment, and spoke with the owner, Mark. He was friendly and informative; he honestly just gave me a good vibe from the get go. He said no appointment was needed, just come on through. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Mark and his employee, Kevin. There was no wait to get my car in, like Mark had said over the phone, and Kevin began working on my tire almost immediately. They let me watch everything that was happening (I like to see the process out of curiousity) and just stand right there in the garage with them. (I should note here that I was completely safe and was in a cleared out area next to my vehicle) They told me that the tire that had blown out had "wear" on a specific place that suggested it had been aligned wrong previously. (THANKS! Scott's U-Save; see my review on that joke of an establishment) It took maybe 15 minutes to finish the job but I ended up staying there for about 20 minutes afterwards just talking and joking around with them like we were close friends. It cost me $35 for a used tire but it was the extremely friendly and fun (& professional!)customer service at Witvoet that will keep my business. They truly made me feel like a family member instead of a customer with money. I left with a smile on my face for not only being surprised by the great service this small business offered but also in knowing I hadn't been taken advantage of. When I asked why the bill was so high, the answer was an epic insult to my intelligence: Two guys were working to replace the alternator. When I checked the alternator prices at various online sellers, the most expensive was $250. Adding that to ~$20 belt + 2 hours of labor (1 hour of labor was $125) + $80 belt replacement = total max $600+tax! Total ripoff and dishonesty!

The guys were nice enough and once I got in the garage they aired my tires to 35 psi, checked my cold cranking amps and pulled my air filter out to show me - even though I asked them no NOT pull it out. They want you to stay in your car throughout the experience. Not once did they tell me how much money it costs. Turns out they want $91.99 for a full synthetic oil. Quite a lot in my opinion. I may start doing my own oil changes in the future. Interestingly looking up other oil change places in this area NO ONE posts the cost of a standard oil change. You have to call them. There's a sign outside the garage that advertises it takes "about 15 minutes". It was almost exactly 15 minutes for my visit. Had they checked the cabin air filter or changed my regular air filter ($25) it may have taken a few minutes longer.

Rumble noise at high speed…read more Called another shop who said it was probably front end wheel bearings but couldn't get the car in for a week so I had decided to have Scotts, you save look at it and he told me it wasn't the bearings or CV joints, but the tires were cupped and we just had them rotated from the rear a few days ago We decided to do an alignment since I never had it done before, and it was out a little bit which they fixed. So they saved me a ton of money, by not replacing the wheel bearings and being hotness in straightforward with me. Definitely recommend their business.

I mentioned that I continued to hear squealing in my brakes and they are completely ignoring the fact that it continues to squeal without fixing the issue.
