He did all of this with compassion and understanding, even recommending a company to help with ongoing cleaning/care to avoid my relative's place returning to its unlivable state. My overall experience with this company is that they are not customer-focused and can be unprofessional as well as condone inappropriate behavior by employees. Moreover, their refund policy is outdated and outright illegal. By not offering refunds for items, not picked-up they are violating people's rights. There is nowhere in the world where customers have to pay for items not received. In addition, giving only 2 days to request a refund is ludicrous especially considering most laws offer a 30, 60, or even 90 day refund policy. I have also been harassed, targeted, and discriminated against, and treated unfairly by this company and a few of its employees. The concept of this company may work well for sellers since the buyers literally have to work for what they pay for...but their delivery and customer service is entirely flawed.
