No one should live like that. Chris and his crew stepped in and cleared out all rooms, taking many items for donation and other items to be trashed. They cleared out his kitchen which had so many canned/boxed food items that were expired. Chris even moved items so they weren't a tripping hazard, he pointed out fire hazards too. He did all of this with compassion and understanding, even recommending a company to help with ongoing cleaning/care to avoid my relative's place returning to its unlivable state. I was amazed by how many people they were able to attract to the sale due to their extensive promotion of the event & all of the contacts they have with buyers. The sale was an incredible success! After the sale, the Four Sales team hauled away everything that didn't sell & donated the donatables, recycled the recyclables, and brought the rest to the dump. I live 5 hours away from where the sale was held & I never could have come close to these results if I had tried to do this myself. Seen they were having another sale on the estatesales app in Bowie, MD and decided to check it out…read more Very friendly employees and even greeted me upon entering. I had been to two of their prior sales. One of them was a massive mansion in Chevy Chase and the other a victorian house in Bethesda. At the Chevy chase sale I must have spent a little over $500+ on various luxury furniture items which would have cost a fortune in the high end stores and also purchased a couple of small items like books and stuff. The guy running the sale I forgot his name but he gave me a awesome deal on the stuff. Also even help me load the small stuff in my car. Had to call a buddy with a pickup truck to haul the furniture items. At the Bethesda I purchased a diamond ring for a girl I was planning on marrying which didn't work out. I didn't want to continue the relationship. So I took it to a jewelry store to get it cleaned and polished and they said I got a good deal on it so I'm still happy. I can always get it resized for the next fiancé. Lol. The Bowie sale I just purchased a few silver coins. I would advise everyone come early to these guys sales. The Chevy Chase sale had a massive line of people waiting but they were letting like 30 people in at a time. They tend to get the big houses and mansions with the rare and awesome stuff so I definitely recommend checking out their sales. Only downfalls is parking can be a little tricky due to the massive crowds of their sales. But with any estate sale I always go early. Also some of the other customers get a little crazy at the sales because of the rare stuff people find. Overall A+++++
