Arrived 10mins late for reservation (our fault). We waited at our table for 15mins, got up and got…read moreour own menus. Our order was put in at 745 and we were served at 845. Never did we hear a "sorry were busy, it's taking awhile" and my sister said something to the owner. The response was "we've been really busy and I have been working really hard" which then turned into a complete defense from the owner and never a healthy conversation. We paid our bill, walked out and was followed by the owner. She yelled profanities, threatened to call the cops, continued to defend her "hard work" and even said "go to effin A&W" all in front of the six kids that were with us. I have never seen anything like this and am so sad we gave this place our business. As a business owner, she should be ashamed of her actions.

We are staying in town as we do every year. A local reccomended pizza from what he called "The sand…read moretrap". I looked the number up and just a phone number came up, no website or menus. So I called the number at 3pm and asked if I could order a pizza. The lady that answered, a middle aged sounding lady, snapped at me and said "kitchen doesn't open till 4, want to pick up at 4:30 or not?" I explained to her that I did not know what kind of pizza they had because I didn't see that they had a website with a menu. She snapped at me again and stated "We are under Westwood sand trap." Ok, do you have a supreme pizza? Yes it is called the house pizza. Ok, can you do half meat and half house? "No we cannot do something like that!!" So I ordered the house pizza, even though the woman that answered was extremely rude and sounded inconvenienced. When we got in there, without even looking at us the same lady, I recognized her voice, said have a seat anywhere and turned around. I told her we were there for a pizza. She snapped that it was not 4:30 so we would have to wait. My husband and I waited and paid but felt like outsiders the whole time. Mind you, the sign on the door coming in reads that the kitchen opens at 11am. The pizza was ok. Was it worth 17.00 for a small? Not really but it wasn't horrible. The service needs a lot of help!

I walked up to the bar, was greeted by a woman with a sour look on her face, and ordered a non-alcoholic Bloody Mary. I asked for it to be spicy. I've been ordering these drinks with and without alcohol for about 40 years now: This was the only undrinkable one I've encountered. It tasted like Red Hot on the rocks. I took a couple of sips and had to go throw up in the bathroom. Not kidding. My stomach and mouth were on fire. I'm still sick over an hour later. The two people I was with ordered food and were happy with it. I only had this horrible drink. When the waitress came back a couple of times, my full drink sat in front of me. She didn't ask if something was wrong with it. The second time she came back to the table I told her she could take the drink, that it was not drinkable. She said their mix is hot. Understatement of the year! There aren't a lot of people up north who like things spicy. I, however, do. She was kind enough to leave the full glass and bring a bill for $8.50. I paid it. On the way out, I handed the full drink to the sour faced lady that had originally "greeted" me at the bar. I told her it was so hot that it was undrinkable. No offer of a refund. I told her it was a nice way to spend $8.50. Now I remember why we stopped going here.
