During that time, an unhoused person was sleeping in the lobby, packages were stolen, and storage rooms were broken into. * Our air conditioning failed multiple times, even during 90+ degree weather while caring for a baby. We called the emergency line and submitted urgent requests -- still no action or communication for days. * Security cameras rarely work, and there's no follow-up after safety issues. * The pool was consistently dirty, filled with algae, and dogs were swimming in it with no consequences. It has now been closed entirely due to deterioration and reconstruction. The only positive was that they eventually let us break our lease without penalty -- and honestly, we can't wait to leave. This complex is not worth the stress or the rent.

When I talked with the manager to say I never received any communication he said that it didn't matter and they will not remove the collections. Never rent a property with them, you'll be living with leaks, mold and rats . They also sent the most unqualified people to try and fix things.
