One of the owners Troy stopped what he was doing to come over and talk with me and answer any questions I had. I immediately set up a time to come back and take the introductory "Foundation Class". It was an amazing workout and I would suggest it for anyone! The coaches Pam and Troy are incredible and take great care to scale everything for your fitness level! CrossFit Fishers it very well appointed with equipment and is kept extremely clean! Again it's a very encouraging and welcoming place everyone seems very helpful and wants you to succeed! I'm having some of the greatest workouts ever and look forward to my next visit! The box is pretty standard with bars, kettle bells, med balls, rowers, and bikes. The music inspires you to work harder than you've ever worked. Coaches are on hand to give advice on mobility and safe movement. I'm enjoying myself so far despite feeling the workouts three days later. Be prepared to drop a pretty penny if you choose to come here. But for the level of service and community, I'm confident it will be worth it.
