Dropped in here on a Saturday morning while I was in town and it was great! Big space, coaches are great and the members are super friendly. Someone was quick to offer to be my partner during the warm up, which is always appreciated when you're a drop in. Looking at their programming, they lift super heavy - there are some strong ladies at this gym! But, lots of women were scaling the barbell weight, so don't be intimated if you look at the WOD before you go. :)

Nice staff it was a real CrossFit workout. The other gym in town is more fluffy. Zack was very friendly and welcoming to a drop in.

Visiting from NYC and I wish I had this Crunch in the city. Extremely spacious and clean…read more(including bathrooms), and I can't imagine how it can get crowded - I'm here on a 9am Sunday and there's barely anyone here (then again, they're probably at church). Very well lighted. Group fitness classes and studios look amazing. Nearly double the power racks as the NYC Crunches, rows of benches/dumbbells and cardio machines, and lots of weight machines as well. Everything works, as far as I could see. I have no experience with the staff and/or management/billing, so I can't respond those comments regarding that. Otherwise, I had a great experience.

This is a very corrupt gym that defrauds its members, and if you read some of the other comments…read morealready posted about them on Google, you'll get an idea of how they bill you incorrectly and never get back to you when you try to lodge a complaint or get it worked out. (You'll notice that they do seem to post the same robotic "sorry about that" reply to each complaint in these reviews, as if there's nothing they can do about anything.) My experience was a year ago (I spent months trying to get it worked out and finally gave up, just took the hit, I'm 71 and the stress of the fruitless attempt was affecting my health). They assigned me a personal trainer who was wonderful, but out of the blue they fired her. They kept saying that they would assign me another, that they would get back to me that day, etc. etc., but they never did and they charged me for four months without providing a trainer (and that's the trainer's fee of $360, on top of the membership fee). They make it virtually impossible to get anyone by phone or email or via their website, and when you speak to the person at the front desk, they smile and say they understand and will get back to you that day - which of course, they don't. Don't be fooled by the friendly advice on their website about how to pursue a complaint - the routes they suggest are completely non-functional.

I never thought I'd be "that person". You know the kind, she works out every day and she actually…read morelikes it. But here I am, Ms. Ruthy coming in 7 days a week, not to brag , but sometimes I'm working out even twice a day!! Cuz I love it that much. Look I only have good things to say about FLX Fitclub. The instructors are so friendly, enthusiastic and very helpful. Everyone I have met in the classes have been so kind and welcoming. The gym itself is always really clean, organized and everything is wiped down after it has been used. So far I haven't taken a class that I didn't like. I feel like there are a lot of different options, depending on what your looking for. I really enjoy their cycling classes. Body pump is a must. I've felt comfortable enough to try things that I have never tried before like Barre, it was definitely harder then it looks. Then Sh'Bam was something I'd never thought I'd like and It is SO much fun. The class goes by so quickly. I love the Bodyflow and core classes on Fridays. It's a Great workout to do back to back, You feel very zen and sweaty. I have yet to try BodyCombat, BodyAttack and Grit. Not gonna lie, I'm a little nervous, but I'll report back and let you know what I think. Look...if you're looking for a clean gym with an array of great classes, amazing instructors and a fun crew of people to work out with. FLX is for you. Just come and take the 3 classes, to try it out. I bet you'll love it! Anyways thank you FLX family for starting me on my journey to getting healthy!

I love all of the classes that I have taken at FLX - virtual Body Pump, virtual Body Step, outdoor…read moreGrit, outdoor Body Attack and all of the in-person classes in the before times, too. The instructors are all fun and funny, and although they have lots of long standing relationships, it doesn't feel clique-y. I highly recommend FLX Fitclub!
