One of the other things I noticed here was how diverse the community was! Come one come all! Having been in the CrossFit scene since '09, I've seen a fair share of gyms. This one definitely stands out as doing things right and knowing how to help the community. If I lived locally, I would buy memberships for my parents because I can tell they would be taken care of. We felt welcome and importantly, we felt safe to workout out. They had scales planned for people who weren't able to safely execute the workout as planned, which made me think the coaches were experienced and they cared deeply about the longevity of their members. The coach and the owner made a point to talk to us before the workout and they remembered our names and gave us affirmations as we worked through a 30 minute WOD. Also, the members were friendly and spoke with me throughout the evening. I am looking forward to the next time I can drop in, I had a really great time!
