I reached out multiple times to raise my concerns and ask about options moving forward, but was simply told that nothing could be done. The concept is great, but the communication and support experience did not match expectations.

They had scales planned for people who weren't able to safely execute the workout as planned, which made me think the coaches were experienced and they cared deeply about the longevity of their members.
