Coaches Lara, Taylor, Lindsay, Alex and Tyrone are fantastic, knowledgeable and inspirational. Although F 45 consists of group classes, there is leeway in taking things at your own pace, as well as with modifications of certain exercises. I know this happens with a lot of the Orange Theorys though. The staff is always nice and the faculties are always clean. They have four bathrooms, both with showers which makes it's easy to not have to wait to shower in the AM. The only downside is they don't have a parking lot so you have to pay for parking or park far for one hour street parking that is free. The lot behind on the weekends thought is free starting at 9.

They work with you individually to learn the workouts. They modify the workouts to allow you to not feel overwhelmed with all the new exercises. I've never really done much with free weights so I had (have) a lot to learn and the coaches make it a pleasure. The place is not fancy by any stretch but if you want to get in shape check it out!!!! My abs were sore, my arms were sore, and my legs were sore! This class is challenging, but FUN! I never found myself staring at the clock counting down the minutes -- and I didn't dread my next visit either, it's hard but doable. The class is a combination of floor exercises, and the Skiers Edge machine. You rotate in a circuit between the different exercises. I'm not a skier but found I really enjoyed the skiers edge machine and it helped me activate rarely used leg and glute muscles. Shred is new to the fitness scene so they have some great introductory offers. Absolutely worth a try, they found a loyal customer in me!
