If you're looking for a personal trainer and want something that actually works long-term--this is…read moreit. I've worked out most of my life and did CrossFit for 7 years. I was strong, but I also dealt with injuries, inconsistency, and workouts that often felt more punishing than productive. Training with Michael has been completely different. For the past two years, I've been going about three times a week, and it's been the most consistent--and honestly the most enjoyable--I've ever been with fitness. I've lost 25 pounds, feel better overall, and for the first time, it feels sustainable. What stands out most is how he trains. Sessions are small (usually just a few people), so you get real personal attention without it feeling intense or intimidating. He adjusts everything to your level, keeps you moving, and somehow makes it challenging without it ever feeling overwhelming. He's also extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful--especially if you've had prior injuries or struggled with staying consistent. You feel like you're making progress without beating your body up. The environment is another big plus: clean, comfortable, and private. It feels like a high-end home gym, not a crowded or chaotic space. Bottom line: if you want to get stronger, lose weight, and actually enjoy the process enough to stick with it, I can't recommend him highly enough.

So, overall I would say it was a great investment. I'm losing weight I'm gaining strength and balance. For instance, I have pain in my hip when doing some of my right hip exercises. When he sees that I have an issue with that he gives me on the fly adjustments. I've also had issues with my wrists and he is able to come up with alternatives so I'm not harming my wrists but I'm building strength as I work. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.
