You know...not too much where you just want to do a 180 and head home to avoid the chaos and waiting for machines like you're at Disney world. People actually come here to WORKOUT, and not socialize the entire time next to a machine....they never touched . But truly It's a great gym(this location) w/ good energy and nice vibes + ( they just added a host of new equipment that I'm not posting because again I don't want more people finding out about this location :). The desk staff and trainers are great and I always see them putting in work. They don't have a basketball court which isn't a big deal but uniformity among the gyms would be nice. I hope there is an expansion of the turf area in the future....

The coaches/ trainers are knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely care about your progress. They are always friendly and quick to assist with any questions. Beginning with Archie's, "it would be an honor to assist with achieving your fitness and nutritional goals" persona; it trickles down to all of V Fit's staff. I've consistently participated in the CrossFit classes which are both fun and challenging. Lastly and most importantly is the incredible sense of community. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by friendly faces and people who genuinely care about each other's progress. The members here are supportive and motivating, and it feels more like a group of friends than a typical gym. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, everyone encourages each other, and the trainers make it a point to help you reach your goals without any judgment. The V hosts regular social events, from member challenges to weekend hikes, which help build connections outside of just working out. There are classes are set up through an online program to allow you to keep track of all your class performances and support your fellow Gym members. Classes have a maximum of 15 students providing optimal attention from the coaches. Just starting CrossFit no worries. They have beginner classes that are available to help teach the basics and prepare you for a standard class. They have several types of membership plans available. But the option of unlimited access is at the best price compared to other boxes I have worked out at. All of the coaches at this gym are very nice and attentive. They give you that extra push that is needed to achieve your weightlifting goals. The atmosphere of this gym is very supportive and inviting.
