When I got there, he was so welcoming and so was the other coach, Sarah. (sorry if I spelled that wrong!). Coach Sarah was super energizing and motivating and kept us moving! I am so glad I went and if I come through here again, you know I will be back. If you haven't checked out F45 yet, DO IT! I usually don't stick with a work out for longer than two weeks, yet here I am going on four months!!! I was scared I was going to be judged or that I wasn't "fit" enough to fit in, but ya know what? These people are my motivators and family. Sure I don't like it when a trainer notices I'm not giving it my all, but I do love their encouragement and how proud they make me feel about myself when I do push through and succeed....just like they knew I could.
