I usually don't stick with a work out for longer than two weeks, yet here I am going on four months!!! I was scared I was going to be judged or that I wasn't "fit" enough to fit in, but ya know what? These people are my motivators and family. Sure I don't like it when a trainer notices I'm not giving it my all, but I do love their encouragement and how proud they make me feel about myself when I do push through and succeed....just like they knew I could. When I got there, he was so welcoming and so was the other coach, Sarah. (sorry if I spelled that wrong!). Coach Sarah was super energizing and motivating and kept us moving! Extremely well equipped, friendly coaches, friendly owner, great programming, and friendly people in every wod I came to. And I bought it at a real grocery store on a real budget! And I used real recipes! And two, the exercises were largely done without equipment, so you were not fighting some unnatural machine at the gym, or needing to find somewhere with giant ropes and huge tires to get your body in shape!
