They have always made it feel like home away from home. The space is absolutely fantastic and the location is awesome! They have every piece of equipment you could ever need and one of my personal favorite setups is that they have a very large main area for the classes as well a generous separate section of the building dedicated to open gym. The open gym has its own rig setup and all the equipment you could need. The location and facilities are just absolutely top notch! The coaches and owners are also just absolutely fantastic! Every class I've ever taken has always been so well coached and organized and they spend a detailed amount of time guiding and coaching. Absolutely one of the best CrossFit gyms all over and 100% worth a visit if you're in town or trying it out for your new gym membership spot!

I noticed his box was not listed on Yelp, and since I use this app to look for good places in areas I visit, I figured others would, too. I wanted his box to show up in searches, so he could continue to offer CF in the Sunriver area. If you are looking for a good Crossfit box, either on vacation, or if you live in the area, I would highly suggest Sunriver Crossfit! His space is rather small, but he just opened in early June, 2015, and he has everything you need for a great WOD!

I am an older guy who has not done much in the way of any serious sports or weightlifting, so I run a bit counter to the Crossfit stereotype of the super-buff men and woman that you see in the videos. But this place attracts a really diverse range of people in terms of age, strength and abilities, and I also think women members actually may outnumber the men. Everyone I've met there is super friendly and really supportive of each other, which is important. And Ben is quite excellent and making sure that people do the workouts with good form to maximize the benefit and minimize the chance of injury. I really think this is the best and most cost-effective way to get and stay in shape and everyone should really be trying it out. I hope I see you there!

I've been going consistently for several months now and there is always a new move and challenge. The classes are 12 or less people so you'll have an attentive instructor to form and also to offer modifications, as needed. It's a great workout, stick with it and you'll see results.

The manager, Alyssa, is extremely unhelpful& comes across as quite rude & unwilling at all to help. What the girls at the front desk say & what she says do not align whatsoever. Prior to previous review replies from her, and according to the "contract", she IS able to pick & choose when to bend these rules ; and this is also confirmed from a friend that used to work there (she does not recommend). Overall steer clear, the sauna's are tiny & the mandatory equipment is super expensive & low quality. I would highly recommend the Lagree HD studio around the corner, they have actual reformers.
