The atmosphere is very friendly, welcoming, and well suited for both men and women of varying levels of fitness. You will both build strength and tax your cardio which is tough to do well. If you stick to it you will see results. I haven't utilized the nurtritional consulting, but I imagine that would increase your gains even further.
