And it's all indoors, so no 5:30 AM parking lot workouts! Yay! The atmosphere is friendly and judgment-free. If you need a break or need to modify a move the trainers will fully support that. Groups are generally small and everyone is welcoming. While there are some super-fit people, the majority of the members are working on their fitness goals and come in all shapes and sizes. There is no intimidation whatsoever! So, why not 5 stars? The cost. I lucked upon a Groupon that made going very affordable, but regular membership is in the ballpark of $125-$150/month for one person, depending on the plan you select. The front desk staff seem to not understand their role in this all. Today, my app wouldn't load. I asked them to manually log me in, the young lady slowly walks over, heavily sighing, and giving me a look of disappointment. What was she doing before this? Looking down at her cell phone watching Tik Tok. Cleanliness has always been an issue; the staff don't clean as much as they should, and there are barely any wet wipe stations. The ones that are present aren't appropriately refilled. It is 80 degrees today and humid, no air conditioning and no fans. Goto planet fitness instead.

I also take advantage of the tanning booth and sauna!! Personal training with Luis is awesome! He tailors my workouts to my strengths and pushes me to be better! Cheryl's spin classes are the absolute best! She takes the time to know all of us personally and challenges us to be the best versions of ourselves! Her music is so much fun too!!! This is the gym for every person that wants to be serious about their workouts and health without worrying about creeps hitting on you!

Most of the staff are helpful if you have questions and a few even will walk around and help if your technique could be improved.
