It's currently 5:16 AM and there's a line of people standing outside waiting to get in when the gym is supposed to open at 5:00 AM. The doors are still locked and there's no communication about what's going on. It's extremely frustrating because those of us who come this early are doing it for a reason. We're planning our workouts around work, commutes, kids, and everything else we have going on. If the posted opening time is 5:00 AM, members should be able to rely on the gym actually being open at 5:00 AM. I understand things happen, but when this has happened more than once, it becomes a reliability issue. We're paying members and shouldn't be standing outside wondering if or when someone is going to show up and open the gym. LA Fitness really needs to figure out a better system for making sure this location opens on time.
