The coaching is great, the facility is clean, but the best thing about CFES is the community. Do yourself a favor. Come try them out. It's not a meat head super machismo gym. There's something for every level of fitness and everyone has been greatly supportive. I've gotten a new family out of joining and some long lasting friendships as well.

This location is one of the nicer and newer EOS and while some of my favorite instructors (Sidney Ford) teaches here, I don't find myself popping in. It's a bit too long of a commute for my fitness class needs. EōS is a solid gym and I have no real complaints. I get to do what I need to do and get out with relative ease. Parking can be a rough though as it's a very popular EōS location.

It's not your typical crowded commercial gym--it feels more geared toward people who are there to train with purpose. One standout was the glute section--it was next level. This review is more for my awesome physical trainer, Allan Bennett, than Elev8…read more I was introduced to Allan by a friend of mine who swore by him. He raved how good Allan was and how he's used him for over a year with amazing results. Dude used words like body transformation. I've only been going to Allan for a few months now, and I'm extremely pleased too. Every training session with him leaves me a little sore a day or two later in the best possible way. Add to that, I am getting stronger. Clothes are fitting better and my wife likes the "stud factor" in my fitness and muscle mass. Of course, I'm eating better food, less of it and not so late--all coached by Allan! The man is worth listening to and every penny. My wife, my friend, and I recommend Allan and give him SIX STARS!

Big shout out to Coach Isiah, who totally committed at my daughter's birthday party and somehow held his own in a tug of war against six very determined 8 year olds. The kids adore the staff and it really shows in how excited they are to go back each week. The gym is always clean and surprisingly smells fresh, which is impressive considering how many sweaty kids are running around. I also like that membership includes open gym time. The one downside for us is that there aren't make up classes if kids miss due to illness. With elementary school kids getting sick fairly often, that can be a little frustrating, especially given the price. Overall though, it's been a really positive experience and my daughter is having a blast.
