I know how these health clubs operate " make as much money as they can, screw their customers, close their doors and reopen under different names". When I signed up, I asked the owner " if I decide to cancel , how do I cancel? ". His response " just stop by and let any of us know ". I had been going to the gym for almost 4 months. This was month to month, no contact. I decided to cancel because the gym does not open 24 hours. When I get off work, the gym usually closes. I called and left a voice mail and then went to the gym and handed the owner a letter. Guess what ? As if with most of these gyms, they are very dishonest. My letter was not good enough. They refused to cancel my membership. Stay away from the gym because of this dishonest practice. Don't believe anything they say.
