The facility was too notch, the members were welcoming and I found the coaches (Aaron & Billy) to be friendly, knowledgeable and very engaging. All the above made for an exceptional experience. CrossFit is truly the ideal way to work your body and exercise in a natural but intense way. The workouts are all varied so it is a complete body workout leaving you exhausted at the end of EVERY session. This is not place to come to watch TV and pretend to "work-out" I have been working with Scott who is one of the trainers. He is knowledgeable, patient, and truly knows how to push you to the next level of fitness. Just in the last 4 sessions I have had with him, I feel like a new person. The atmosphere is welcoming and all the members are friendly and encouraging. They even have weekly social events and have almost a small family or community feeling. Overall, CrossFit Beloit is an phenomenal facility with outstanding coaches that is affordable and provides the most complete exercise regimen for any skill level.

I work and live nearby and can hear the trainer yelling over the speaker system from over a block away. I can't imagine how loud it is in that little gym. Now that it's the type of weather where we can sleep with the windows open, myself and some of my neighbors don't appreciate being woken up by the idiot screaming early in the morning. One of my neighbors is getting so annoyed by it that he is considering calling the police to file a noise complaint. Until then, it's a one-star review for you purely based on the noise pollution.

Wisco fit is the first place to get me excited about working out and to actually have the motivation to stick with it. The staff is amazing, every coach is there for you and wants to see you succeed. I didn't know the first thing about it but everyone is so helpful and welcoming.
