Thats unheard of customer service. Will gladly recommend and do business with again.

From getting a quote promptly, answering all my questions over the phone, being on time and of course being there to test everything, Rooftop Films was a great company to rent from. I heard back from the people in NY that the event was amazing, and of course that's part to the hard work Casey did to make sure everything went smoothly. A follow up email from him stating that their rental revenue goes towards producing and exhibiting the work of independent film makers? Icing on the cake. No brainer for the future. I'll definitely be calling again. :)

After doing an extensive search on AV companies around New York, we settled on 1 Way Audio Visual. Miguel was the most responsive and most proactive person to provide a timely quote that fit our budget. He was willing to work with the demands of our CEO to integrate with the in-house AV team at the conference venue. The day of the event, his team arrived and setup on-time. During the event, they needed a little more hand-holding than my preferred vendor back home, which is probably standard for AV companies and definitely something I take for granted. I could have been more organized in giving more specific direction about what we expected from the technicians during the program, so that's just a reminder to anyone who reads this review. To my knowledge, 1 Way AV hires contractors to work their gigs instead of having the own in-house crew. Our sound technician was Peter, and he was phenomenal. He stood out above the rest of the staff members in providing professional service to our speakers and staying on top of the schedule provided. I didn't interact too much with the rest of the 1 Way AV crew. After a few hiccups in the beginning of our program and a screen resolution mishap throughout the day, everything operationally was smooth sailing.

I don't have a laptop, and I only needed to rent a standard laptop since my needs are basic. I found Egads here on yelp with good reviews. I signed a rental contract for a month to start, which was $83.91, included tax, and something else ($2.97 per day). My experience with the laptop was fine, no issues. However, as with most construction projects, it went over thirty days. It was easy to extend the rental time (as it's based on per day), and Robin the Office Manager was great with communicating with me (which turned out to be a number of times since my renovation was delayed, and delayed...), asking me each time how long I wanted to extend the rental for, i.e, one week, two weeks, etc. I had a lot of headaches with the construction, however, the laptop rental was very smooth, and I appreciate Egads service.
