I reached out to a few places, but Canal Sound & Light were the only ones who could do it. That was my lucky break. Saturday before the event, the venue calls to say their HVAC system is busted and they need to move us to a different location down the street. Canal Sound & Light were awesome throughout. Even though I'd never organized a meeting like this, they identified what we needed, gave us a reasonable quote for it, made themselves available for setup and teardown before/after the event, and even adjusted the equipment rental and pricing on the fly when they realized we didn't need a TV because the new venue had one in place already. Everyone was super nice, clearly knew what they were doing, and yet never talked down to me. And the sound was so good, the remote participants could hear us better than we could hear each other in the room. @_@ The event was August 2022, but I realized I never wrote a review.
