When we met Danny, we took a weekend trip to Texas. We wanted to meet our new realtor and visit some houses in San Antonio and the surrounding area, and we realized during this weekend to Texas we would need more time to find just the right home. The weekend we spent with Danny was a fun time getting to learn about him, and he learned about us so that we knew we were on the right track to find the right home. We needed to find a place to stay quickly once we move to Texas and during the weekend visit luck was on our side, Danny has a fully furnished Airbnb that we decided to rent while we search for our new home. Once we moved to Texas, we rented the Airbnb. We did find a house quickly (thanks to Danny listening to what we were looking for in a home) and we rented the Airbnb for four months while our new home was in the process of completion. Danny is very knowledgeable, professional and listens to his clients. During the closing process, Danny made sure we felt at ease during this process and took all our many questions and all were answered in detail. Danny was with us every step of the way. We cannot express the thanks to Danny Charbel for being the person he is, he made us feel very comfortable in finding a home. On a side note, Danny has great contacts with different trades, that is how we have great plantation shutters, electrician, painters, etc. This is also a great feature with a realtor that has many great connections for his clients.

His guidance and knowledge helped us find our perfect home, even as we navigated the buying process from out of state. He is one of the most thorough and communicative professionals I have ever worked with. Danny came to us highly recommended, and still he surpassed our expectations. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in the San Antonio area in need of a well-connected, knowledgeable and personable real estate agent.

She was personable, down-to-earth, took the time to show us things that we needed to be mindful of in considering purchasing a home, and was patient with our decisions - even when we flip-flopped. Karen's knowledge of San Antonio's neighborhoods and the fact that she always took the time to educate herself in advance of showings meant that she was able to provide us with invaluable insights. All of this went toward making sure that we wound up in the home that was right for us. We are so thankful for this! Karen trusted us to make the right decision, and took her time to work on our behalf. She was fast, precise, and an absolute pleasure to work with. On top of this, she had an intimate understanding of the VA's lending requirements, which was incredibly important to us. At every step, we knew that Karen McManuis was acting in our best interests. If we buy another home in the future, I hope Karen is available to help us out. We'll be sending business her way. Thank you, Karen!

We started our journey with Terry of building a home 14 months ago and his commitment to my family and I never wavered once and is actually stronger today than the first day he became our realtor. Terry was with us for EVERY appointment form signing contract, designing our home, picking out accessories (side note: Fellas if you need a teammate to help balance your spouse with picking items for your home call Terry now. He helped me keep my wife from going crazy with upgrades and at the same time helped us build a beautiful home with everything we really wanted) He went to numerous appointments with the builder Including every walk-through. He meet me at the house countless times to check the construction work and when things went wrong Terry was in immediately communication with the construction manager and sales representatives. He even worked with our mortgage broker to ensure everything was ready for closing. Not once did Terry offer guidance that was not in the best interest of my family and I, even though it never benefited him. Terry was always available for us no matter the time or day. He's always honest and forthright, no games! If you think you don't need a realtor because you're building a new home you're making a mistake! I could continue this review for pages.  Bottom line Terry is the realtor that you want by your side for all of your real estate needs. Terry is not just our realtor he has become our friend, there will never be a need for us to look for another realtor.

They have wonderful new homes and try to accommodate people as much as possible. In the last two months, I have placed three clients there. I speak with Julie Wilson to set up appointments and to follow up with applications, and ask questions. Julie answers her phone and if does not pick it up in two rings, she calls back with in half an hour. She is knowledgeable about the houses, responsive and is professional. Julie makes the application process appear seamless. There is also another lady named Renee Wiggins, who helped me with a client who needed extra attention in the application process and her assistance and responsiveness was also commendable. The houses have spacious yard and come with all appliances. Most recently they are even including washer and dryers. My clients love living in the neighborhood and love the houses they live in. They especially loved the one month free. For them, it is a great place they call home! Demi X Texas Relocation Experts

The house has been pretty good overall and a decent value for the neighborhood. But the Maintenance Folks are absolutely the worst, with the worst customer service if you ever have any issues. They are rude, which is really the worst thing about them and they are in the least bit helpful. They are good at finding the least experienced and cheapest person to do a job if that is what you are looking for as a landlord, but as a tenant who pays on time and in full every month I expect things to get fixed and looked into a lot faster than these guys do.

If you call the office, they pretty much always say they'll leave someone a message, but hardly ever helped us directly with issues. Even when it came to the move-out process, there was constantly gaps. Originally we were told end of December asking about our security deposit that it would take 30 days to get that back (which it hadn't been yet), but then 45 days after move-out I reached out again (after being told I would get an update) that they keep the deposit until a new tenant was found. Okay, makes sense, but this wasn't communicated well the first time. After a few months of paying rent on two houses, I was denied my request of any sort of payment plan. We had to start taking out loans when a tenant wasn't found after 3 months. Finally, by month 4, a new tenant was secured. WELL, we were sent the move-out inspection and final bill, and were shocked to see how much was charged. They kept our security deposit and pro-rate rent to cover costs, and we still owed $1400. When looking at the breakdown, about $2300 was charged for paint "touch up". I have never seen a move out bill this incredibly high. We then filed for a dispute, and didn't hear anything for a week afterwards. When I reached out, I was told we didn't have proof that the price was wrong and that I had 10 days to submit some evidence. I submitted it same day, and then got no response again for 2 weeks. We now had to pay the bill to avoid collections. We have left feeling completely scammed. When we moved in, there was a massive hole in the fence that wasn't repaired for 1.5 weeks, and all we got was a $150 credit. We also had very old appliances that caused our CPS bill to skyrocket, and had to get those replaced. On top of the move-out fees, we feel so financially shot after this house (we've also been trying to save up for baby boy to arrive soon, but now hardly have savings thanks to this situation). I will not be recommending this company to anyone, as they have basically squeezed every penny out of us and were so unwilling to work with us in any way.
