Selling our parents' longtime family home was an emotional process, but Danny made it so much easier--and, surprisingly, almost enjoyable! Our parents' home was built in the late 1960s, was quality-built, and had been owned by one family from the beginning. Danny immediately recognized its value and potential. He provided realistic, clear recommendations for preparing the house for listing and helped us coordinate the necessary work, even though all but one of us lived out of town or out of state. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Danny kept us informed, provided detailed information to help us determine an appropriate listing price, and skillfully guided us through showings and offers. He was patient, responsive, and never showed the slightest irritation when communicating with our sister "council"--which, as you can imagine, required a little extra coordination! Our parents' home sold in just under two months, and we received more than we had anticipated given the market and neighborhood. Most importantly, Danny genuinely cares about his clients. He treated us with kindness, respect, and professionalism while helping us navigate the sale of a home filled with decades of family memories. We highly recommend Danny to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy Realtor who combines professionalism with a personal touch. We couldn't have asked for a better person to guide us through this process, and we are truly grateful we chose him!

Dillon has been phenomenal. His communication, clarity, and follow‑through were consistently excellent. He is incredibly customer‑focused, proactive, and truly goes above and beyond in every aspect of his work. Throughout the entire process, we felt fully informed--whether it was timelines, progress updates, or unexpected issues that came up. Any time we reached out, Dillon responded quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. Honestly, this has been the best turn‑around manager experience we've ever had. Dillon is an outstanding maintenance manager, and we wanted to make sure his exceptional performance and dedication were recognized. We are extremely satisfied and deeply appreciative of the work he put into bringing this property back to life.

I am writing this review to share my experience with the property management at Marshall Reddick…read morein San Antonio. On a positive note, the team was very responsive prior to move-in, answering phone calls and text messages in a timely manner. Unfortunately, that level of service dropped significantly once I was in the home. Post-move-in communication was exceptionally poor. I often had to call multiple times without receiving a response, despite the company expecting immediate replies whenever they reached out to me. We also experienced recurring issues with the home's water heater, losing hot water on at least three separate occasions. When we submitted maintenance requests, we were advised to turn up the temperature on the unit. While this provided a temporary fix, the underlying issue kept happening. It was only after sending a stern email and copying the property manager that the problem was finally addressed properly. To make matters worse, upon move-out, we were improperly charged a cleaning fee despite having hired professional cleaners and submitting the receipts directly to Joshua Garza. Joshua was unresponsive regarding the charge, and even after CCing Melisa Day, I still received no reply or resolution to this day. The lack of accountability and communication has been extremely frustrating. If you want to avoid a headache, I recommend to NOT lease through this company.

When we first put our house on the market an investor offered a lowball cash offer, which we declined (but stayed in contact with). Three months later we had to 48 hours to close on our new house or lose it so we asked Lusi to contact the investor to say that we were willing to take the offer. She didn't even bother to reach out to them for several days, which meant we lost that opportunity! In the end, MY HUSBAND found another investor to sell our house to. We contacted them, negotiated, and sold the house. But guess what?! Lusi still got close to $18,000 for US selling our own house. I have no idea what she did to earn that money.

She was personable, down-to-earth, took the time to show us things that we needed to be mindful of in considering purchasing a home, and was patient with our decisions - even when we flip-flopped. Karen's knowledge of San Antonio's neighborhoods and the fact that she always took the time to educate herself in advance of showings meant that she was able to provide us with invaluable insights. All of this went toward making sure that we wound up in the home that was right for us. We are so thankful for this! Karen trusted us to make the right decision, and took her time to work on our behalf. She was fast, precise, and an absolute pleasure to work with. On top of this, she had an intimate understanding of the VA's lending requirements, which was incredibly important to us. At every step, we knew that Karen McManuis was acting in our best interests. The floors were covered in dirt, food, and crayon from previous tenants children.
