The Cross Keys is a rather tired looking pub with a tired interior that has clearly seen better days. It tends to be quiet and is what I would class as a 'drinker's pub' with enough regulars to keep the place in business but not the sort of atmosphere that is likely to attract many new customers.
There is a pool table if you fancy trying your luck as a hustler but beyond that there is little to tempt me into this place. Fortunately, it's location on the way out of Burnley town centre means you're unlikely to inadvertently wander in and there are plenty more appealing pubs in the vicinity if you're in need of some refreshment. read more
