Best fries fries I've had in my entire life. The bar was full and there was a line. Got my fries and drink to go before my flight. Boise your are hands down the best I've ever had. I will be back for friends, and family but most importantly the fries and hospitatlity. Kaite my bartenter was very nice. My drink was well balanced and the fry sauce hit the spot.

Price for 1 pint of beer. Insane.

I guess I'm spoiled. I live in Portland, Oregon, and there is a rule established by the city that prohibits businesses from charging more for the same product at the airport than they do in the city. When I get a beer at PDX, I pay the same prices I would in town. Having that mindset, I was flabbergasted when I got my bill for 1 pint at this place. $12.72?! Sweet baby Jesus... it's one beer! Place was super loud due to them playing all my "favorite" 90's hits... Hootie anyone? No? Anyone? Crazy busy because it's the airport, but the server was very nice and kept on top of the insanity that is the airport, which is why they get 2 instead of 1. Hey owners... maybe you could put prices on your menu? That would be a nice addition.

Nice little fresh stop before hopping on my flight. Total spot for sports fans. My Vegas Golden knights were playing so I got to watch them all the way in Idaho....awesome! Bomb fries and tons of healthy options. Busy place with fast moving servers. I'll be back in this cool bar for a drink the next time I'm flying to Boise.

Very melt in your mouth burger. Just the right amount of everything. Fries were barely warm tho. Good selection of brews looks like they have some yummy drinks. If I'm ever back I'll be trying the huckleberry margarita;) friendly staff. Kindly Split the check, I shared a burger with Peter whom I met on the previous flight.

This place is my go to spot when in the Boise airport. I have always had great experiences here and the staff here has always been great with me.I have never had the food but have always enjoyed a great drink or maybe a few.

Not a bad place to chill before your flight. Good cocktails and food is your standard pub food.

I will say, the yogurt was pretty alright. It felt the most familiar, but nothing special for the price. I think most of their grab and go options are $4 standard, since I've spent $12 both times here and there was no differentiation for the price either. The banana cream pudding was not what I had expected. I have had a light vanilla pudding with hints of real banana in it, but this tasted like a lady taffy flavored with banana. I think it was extremely sweet and tasted like what someone who's had a banana twice would think it would taste like, from memory, with a hefty dose of sugar! The target audience is probably children, but whoops. I love banana pudding, so I couldn't stay away! I wouldn't recommend it unless you like a more exaggerated banana pudding. Customer service has been really good both times. It's a grab and go type of place so the ambiance is more the airport's busy factors coming into play. Yougurt: 6/10 Banana cream pudding: 3/10

Bittercreek provided me with just what I needed today. Warm and inviting service and a terrific selection of food and beverages for me to enjoy. Dined alone at the bar and everyone that I came into contact with did what I expect. Timely greet and informative service personnel. Hats off to the whole team. Was talked into a Chardonnay from the Willamette Valley and it was spectacular. I usually stick to Willamette Valley reds but went for it after a tiny taste. It's what I needed but didn't know it until it was offered. Too many times I stick to my wheelhouse and don't stray but was coerced by someone who I assumed was the inhouse shotcaller. I had two glasses and it went well with the Bowl of Corn Chowder I was told about. Served hot and with some semi crusty sourdough that hit the spot. Finished every spoonful and it brought me back to my time in New England. The soup was done right for sure. Noone trying too hard which is an issue when trying to recreate a coastal favorite while land locked in the mountain state of Idaho. Right before I had.my second glass of Chardonnay, I asked "the front of the house shot caller" about the selection of Rums and was offered a taste of one that could have been a contender for my follow up beverage. No mixer needed. Would have made a great sipper, as most good rums can be but I elected for the second glass of Chardonnay. Glad that I did. Was feeling a bit buzzed and full from my meal and had to exit stage left before trying a dessert. I'm sure it would have been epic but I'm thin for a reason and don't overindulge. Thank you Bittercreek! My visit with you all made me wonder why I hadn't been in since 2006 or 2007. I'll, certainly, be visitong more often and will bring others with. You've got a fan in me!

He was very informative about where to go and places to check out in Boise. I ordered one of the local beers and their flagship meal, the Santa Maria Tri Tip Sandwich. As you can see by looking at the photos, the tri-tip was cooked to perfection. It had tomatoes, poblano, and chimichurri sauce on it to add to the flavors of the tri-tip. The bread consistency was great, not too soggy, and with a great crispy texture. I wish they had spread the tri-tip out more to make sure every bite was being celebrated. I also ordered the mac and cheese as the side per the instructions of the bartender, James. Let me say that was one of the best mac and cheeses that I have ever had. Truly amazing creamy texture and full of rich flavor. Everything melted in your mouth. Definitely worth it. I eventually ended up talking to a fellow bar sitter, and he ended up being the co-owner of the place, TJ. He also filled me in on the places to go and, most definitely, the places to travel to, to experience great beer. He was refreshing to talk to since most people don't have the passion for beer that we both represent. I would highly recommend this place for the staff that is there the solid pub style restaurant that they have created. Super easy and relaxed kinda of place.

I also ordered the frito pie. The chili was dry and there weren't many Fritos with it. No cheese either. We got the Philly style chopped tri tip sandwich. The bread and meat were dry. The redeeming dish was the Mac and cheese. It was amazing!
