Today (1/27/2026) we woke up to no heat once again. There are no repair companies in the area besides Chiodo (who don't seem to be able to get it working) willing to work on this unit and, based on the eror code, the the control board has failed so all I can do is replace it with a new boiler after only 3 years...would not recommend.

The person who answered the phone said someone would get back to me within the hour. I waited until 800 pm and called with no answer. They never had the decency to contact me to say they were not able to do the work.. I called one their competitors and within minutes someone called me back and we scheduled an appointment. Mr Rooter was recommended to do our sewer pipes as tree roots were growing into the pipes causing…read moreback ups in my cellar. it required them to dig up the lawn which they did and they worked on it during the winter and were done in just a day or two which for obvious reasons was very helpful. my cellar had been a mess. they totally fixed the really bad problem with the backup onto the floor. I dealt with John Wayne for the pricing of the repair, and Josh, Scott and Dakota for the repair. John Wayne a very fair and honest guy who kept the quote as is, even though we hired them to fix the pipes months and months later. because of the digging during the winter, they had left 3 large mounds of dirt, which were unsightly, but necessary as the ground was all rock hard with snow and they would remove when the weather was better in the spring. months later now in April, Josh and Scott from Mr Rooter came back and did an absolutely excellent job fixing my lawn removing all the hard dirt and tilled so I can now get grass back in the spots. Mr Rooter from John Wayne to Scott and Josh and Dakota, to the office workers are all fantastic and very good at keeping the customer updated every step of the way. I totally recommend Mr Rooter! More recent experience hasn't been that great, After the…read morelast repair, Agway discontinued my service contract saying that the (Falso) technician said that is failed inspection, I contacted the Falso technician and he said he Didn't know what they were talking about but he would look into it and get back to me but he never did :-( My hot water water heater stopped working the other week, Falso sent a technician down & charged $100 to tell me that it is indeed broken, he didn't really inspect it or give me any advice as far as the ventilation or the current set up he just said that it's broken and if I give him another $1100 he will have it fixed I called Home Depot and got a real inspection done, found out that ventilation did need to be upgraded and they sold me a similar water heater that the Falso technician recommended, for $600 (plus the cost of installation)
