Most recently Ray pulled a new circuit for an electric fireplace, relocated an outlet and installed surge suppression at my main panel. It was a challenging install as the majority of the basement ceiling was previously finished. Ray quickly assessed the situation and was able to identify a route and complete the work (By himself) in record time. Immediately following the work at my home Brad teamed up with Ray to install 2 new circuits and surge suppression at my daughter's home to accommodate recently installed heat tape. Again the challenge at hand was the finished ceilings in the basement. They worked in tandem to quickly get cable from the main panel to the far corners of the home and install GFI receptacles outside. I can't say enough good about Webb Electric. Next, Landyn showed up the next morning with bells on ready to go. He tried opening my drain with no luck. Told me I'd need a major repair. $10,600 for a new liner . That hit hard. BUT, Landyn was able to get me financed for $9055! The boss decided that was good enough; waived the rest and scheduled my appt. for the very next day! 9:00am the whole crew showed up! 5 of the most professional, well mannered, hardest working men I've seen in a long time! These guys were The Best!!! The boys went to work. About 30 minutes in they discovered that because my house was over 100 years old it had what is known as a "house trap". They could not run the new liner through a house trap. The house trap would need to be dug up and replaced. (Mind you this was not part of my $9000 repair. This wall all extra.) I waited a bit as they told me the boss was on his way. In my experience this meant one thing: he was coming to explain to me this was going to cost more money! WRONG!! Boss shows up (Nice guy as well!) and tells me; we will be having words with Landyn but if we gotta dig it up, we'll get the boys to digging. The phrase I kept hearing from these guys was "The price is the price". Integrity is the word that comes to mind. So, the boys started digging. These guys dug a hole 9 feet deep that was not part of the deal; took them the better part of a day! My bill never changed; there was no discussion of it changing. Blew my mind. Long story short: House trap removed. New pipe and liner installed. Everything was cleaned up and after it rained you can't tell they were ever here. I cannot speak highly enough for this place. After he left, a leak sprung in our basement, which we figured out only happens when that same sink is used. We had to shop vac and clean the basement and I called the next morning. They said they would send someone out. I was super calm about it, totally trusting they would make it right. They sent the SAME tech out. So of course he starts saying its not his fault and there is nothing he can do. I call the business and they say they can have their manager call me in ONE TO TWO BUSINESS DAYS. I tell them that is unacceptable, I need a supervisor out here tomorrow. They say they can send someone out but it'll be an entirely new charge. Stay away from the business. They are cheats and only want to create new problems so they can upcharge you.

We got bids from several electricians and Doug gave me the best bid of all of them. Very reasonable. Once the work started, there were 2-3 people working on the project and they were all so nice and helpful. For example, I thought I would need 6 cans in my kitchen, they assured me that I just needed 4 with the under cabinet lights and they were completely correct, saving me money. They cleaned up after themselves (something I wasn't expecting) and it went completely smooth. It took them 2 days to complete. I would also like to note that I had electricians who were telling me that I wasn't able to get my under cabinet lighting and Doug never once told me anything of the sort. I had the impression that they were doing everything possible to make sure I was completely happy 100%, even coming back after the job was done to rewire some of my switches. Further note, I had lost power about a month later, beginning of March (COLD TIME) :/, due to a wind storm. Once we bought a generator, I called Doug to see what it would take to plug in my generator to my house so we could have heat. The initial amount was high due to the location of the electrical box for my house. Too high after spending so much money on adding all of the above lights. I asked him to do everything possible to try to go cheaper. He promptly came over the very next morning with a another solution that made the price half the amount. (We had no power for 4 days and having heat and water was wonderful!) I can't say enough about Doug. He has a great "bedside manner" and extremely helpful.
