I was having bizarre symptoms that were unfortunately manifesting as dental and sinus symptoms at the time. He completely dismissed me and insinuated that I was possibly making it up. He didn't even take x-rays and barely examined me. Well, turns out, I had lyme disease. My health continued to decline and my most recent doctor discovered that my immune system has been non-functional since a covid infection in 2020 and I have several health issues as a result. This doctor's negligence further delayed my diagnosis. DO NOT GO HERE! PSA for anyone reading this: If you happen to require multiple root canals that don't completely resolve over a short period of time, accompanied by fatigue, brain fog, mild fevers, and sleep disturbances, please reach out to your doctor to look into Lyme disease. Lyme disease is not very well understood by many medical professionals and you must see a Lyme-aware doctor for proper treatment. Lyme can mimic other diseases and is not the same in every patient. https://www.lymedisease.org/dental-professionals-lyme-disease/. I suggest finding a lyme aware doctor from a service like Global Lyme Alliance.

He worked on me and the wrong tooth at that, I only found out because my doctor expressed to me that there was nothing wrong with the tooth next to it. I called the office (after that posting) and asked to speak with the office manager, Sue. I was put on hold, and nobody ever came back to the phone, yet I was then connected to a recording to leave a message. I left a message. Never heard back. I called later in the week and left another message, saying that I would not pay the invoice until I spoke with the office. To this day I have never received a call back. Of course they continue to send me invoices! THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE I HAVE DEALT WITH! In reading earlier reviews of this business, it seems ignoring phone calls is their standard practice. Buyer beware if you choose to use this practice!!

The business has chosen not to respond. At this time your complaint is now closed and will reflect the lack of response on the part of the business. The closing of this complaint does notprohibit the department from seeking enforcement action regarding any statutory violations that may have occurred. Dear Kyrie, I am writing to respectfully request clarification and correction regarding what appear to be overcharges for two crowns I received in 2023. After a review with Delta Dental, I was informed that my maximum out-of-pocket expense for a crown is $250.00. During a three-way call on April 17, 2025, with Delta Dental, Kyrie, and myself, Delta Dental confirmed that any lab fees or other charges are not the patient's responsibility. Following that discussion, Kyrie provided me with a corrected estimate that reflected the proper amount. Upon further review, however, Delta Dental identified two instances in which I was overcharged for crowns: On or around July 7, 2023, I was charged $565 under Code D2749 for a Cerecified Crown post. On or around June 30, 2023, I was charged $775 for another crown. Based on the $250 maximum out-of-pocket amount, this results in an overpayment of $870. Please note that the exact dates may be slightly off, as the detailed statement of charges and payments from January 1, 2023, to July 14, 2025, contained some inconsistencies across pages. I kindly request that these charges be reviewed and that any overpayment be reimbursed to me. Please let me know if you need any additional documentation from me to assist in your review.

Week 4 I checked in and was condescended with a speech of it taking 5-6 weeks. It's September--my insurance has since changed & now have to start over--was reminded by the referring dentist ofc that I'm due for my cleaning. Sadly, I can't do that until my tooth is extracted. POINT: This ofc doesn't care. I have NEVER heard of 5-6 wk apv'l process. Referring dentist had no issues. They're obviously too busy to need new clients nor care about them.

I was surprised though at how quickly he did the Botox injections. It took him about, honestly, maybe 10 or so seconds. Poke, poke, poke, poke, and poke. I even expressed my surprise at how quickly he injected it. Usually it takes a minimum of 15 minutes or more. But I figured, this guy's a pro. As the week went by, I realized I wasn't seeing much effect, and really none at all. I had already scheduled a follow-up appointment, at his request, for the following week. I called ahead to let them know that I had not seen any effect, even after 4 days. I figured I'd give it a full seven, but still nothing. Flash forward to a week later. Again friendly staff, friendly doctor. I told him my concerns, and he proceeded to explain how the process works. I closed my eyes thinking, "Here we go. He's going to tell me that I can't expect such dramatic results, etc." He immediately turned. He said, "Are you tuning me out?" and I responded that I thought he was going to tell me that I was expecting too much, or something to that effect. I've had Botox before, and the results were visible. Subtle, but visible. I hadn't even finished my sentence, when he abruptly told me to leave. He said he would refund my money, and that if I wasn't willing to listen to what he had to say, I could leave. I was shocked. All I did was close my eyes. I didn't roll me eyes, or sigh loudly, or cut him off mid-sentence. I was preparing myself for disappointment. That was it. I may have jumped to conclusions. But we've all had experiences where we pay good money for nothing. That's what I thought would happen this time. I lived with a bipolar roommate, and that's what this reminded me of. A sudden change from friendly to hostile. With that all being said, I guess I'm better off. I'd hate to think that he would overdo it out of spite. But that was my experience. I was stunned. I've never experienced anything like that before. (Except for the roommate.)
