Wild Wille's Sandwich Shack is a food truck that travels around Central Minnesota! I tried it for…read morethe first time at Summertime by George. They have unique menu options such as their Pulled Piggy or Cheez Louie sandwiches. I chose to get their Famous Buzzard Balls...I mean bacon, cheese, chicken & jalapeno...ALL IN ONE?! I couldn't say no to that. You get 3 Buzzard Balls for $8. It comes with their homemade chipotle ranch which was soooo good. The ooey gooey cheese mixed with the jalapeno and crunch of bacon had my tastebuds doing somersaults. The reason I'm giving them 3 stars is that although the Buzzard Balls were fantastic, the price is a bit much for what you get. It barely fills you up, and I could go to a place to get a much big appetizer for cheaper. You don't really have the option of sharing since 3 doesn't even do it for one person. I noticed most of their menu's prices are higher than other food trucks I've seen. Wild Wille's seems like a good place for sampling one or two things on your own, but if you're trying to feed a family, I'd suggest other food trucks or businesses.

We ordered the Lumberjack and the Open Range. I have eaten a lot of pizza from many pizza joints and honestly the Lumberjack has one of the most delicious flavors I have ever tasted in terms of pizza. And the Open Range was also very pleasant. They were both very flavorful. And the crust was perfect. Sometimes with the wood fire pizza you get the outside crust crispy and the center crust soggy and that was not the case today. These pizzas were cooked perfectly. The pizzas are more of a personal pizza or a snack pizza. We got two for 2 adults and to small children and it was a perfect light lunch for our family. Our wait was times 30-40 minutes which I didn't think was bad for a fresh pizza and the brewery was busy. People were grabbing pizzas what seemed like every five minutes, so the pizza truck was definitely busy as well. Everyone here was grabbing pizzas. I am excited to try more of their menu options! Can't wait for them to be back!
