The ooey gooey cheese mixed with the jalapeno and crunch of bacon had my tastebuds doing somersaults. The reason I'm giving them 3 stars is that although the Buzzard Balls were fantastic, the price is a bit much for what you get. It barely fills you up, and I could go to a place to get a much big appetizer for cheaper. You don't really have the option of sharing since 3 doesn't even do it for one person. I noticed most of their menu's prices are higher than other food trucks I've seen. Wild Wille's seems like a good place for sampling one or two things on your own, but if you're trying to feed a family, I'd suggest other food trucks or businesses.

The stars finally aligned, and we made it here while B&B was open! Not to leave any suspense at the end, WOW! The ribs here are the stuff of legend. This is what we bought for four people: 2 full racks of ribs, 2 lbs of brisket, 1 qt of homemade bbq beans, 1 qt of homemade coleslaw, 4 corn bread muffins, and a requisite amount of bbq sauce. We over bought by a juuuust little. These ribs are very meaty, so one rack will easily serve four people. So far the brisket has made nine sandwiches, and there is still some left. So as I have already said, we love the ribs, also love the bbq sauce, the corn bread and the beans. The brisket is good, not the same as the ribs, but good. The smoke is just right, not too strong, but not overpowered by the bbq sauce. Today is the last day before they close for the season. We still have beans, ribs, bbq sauce, and brisket left. But, we're trying more! I will report back on how the pulled pork sandwich, chicken back wrap, and chili cheese dog taste.

We ordered the Lumberjack and the Open Range. I have eaten a lot of pizza from many pizza joints and honestly the Lumberjack has one of the most delicious flavors I have ever tasted in terms of pizza. And the Open Range was also very pleasant. They were both very flavorful. And the crust was perfect. Sometimes with the wood fire pizza you get the outside crust crispy and the center crust soggy and that was not the case today. These pizzas were cooked perfectly. The pizzas are more of a personal pizza or a snack pizza. We got two for 2 adults and to small children and it was a perfect light lunch for our family. Our wait was times 30-40 minutes which I didn't think was bad for a fresh pizza and the brewery was busy. People were grabbing pizzas what seemed like every five minutes, so the pizza truck was definitely busy as well. Everyone here was grabbing pizzas. I am excited to try more of their menu options!
