Price point wise, the cost was not unreasonable for the food provided. Maybe in 2024 it would have been considered high, but considering the tariffs, you couldn't ask for a better cost-performance trade off. For breakfast, I opted for the breakfast bowl. At an affordable $11, it came loaded with potatoes, queso, bbq beef brisket, and scrambled eggs. Layered in that order like a crossbred Tex-Mex Lasagna. I have to say, this was the highlight of my ingested dishes for the day. I would absolutely invest in another bowl if they served breakfast beyond 10:30am. As the breakfast menu ceased to be an option, I started hearing whispers and murmurs about how incredible Malinda's homemade cheesecake was. To put it into perspective, I specifically heard the phrases "Incredible" and "To die for" uttered about it. That's the kind of praise that is hard to ignore. Either this would be the real deal - or - Malinda has a next level word of mouth marketing campaign. Although the flavor options were jaw dropping in variety and availability, I chose to play it safe and opt for a slice of raspberry. It came nicely packaged in a clear clamp shell with the word "RASPBERRY" written on it so that there would be no confusion on my end. A nice touch. The clamp shell not only had plain cheesecake drizzled with a chunky raspberry sauce, but it came with not one, but TWO dollops of whipped cream in opposite corners. You could tell that the cheesecake was homemade and had a lot of love and effort put into bringing it into this world. Dense and mildly sweet, it was a fantastic slice at an $8 asking price. I would probably put this in my top 37 cheesecakes I've ever had. I couldn't resist the pull of seeing smoked chicken wings on the menu and decided to just take plunge and get those too. I declined any sauce options presented, as I like to let a smoked wing really showcase the flavor of the fowl without distraction. Going sauceless definitely contributed to my thinking that the wings were a little on the dry side. The meat wasn't as plentiful as I had hoped for, but they were decently sized and the drums in particular offered a level of girth rarely seen in a smoked wing. I really appreciated that. Perhaps the best part of the wings was the skin was very crispy and provided a level of crunch I had not expected. Probably would not order them again, but I'm not mad at having the spent the money to support Malinda and her mobile snack shack. I didn't remember to get pics until after I'd eaten, but I feel like photos still provide insight into the meal and what you can expect from Malinda and Co. The vacant raspberry cheesecake vessel demonstrates the valleys and rivers of raspberry sauce with some visible remnants of the whipped cream placement to help aid in painting you a picture. The chicken wing bones still have a bit of the crispy skin on the ends and show that there's enough meat on the bone that I could take it home and put it in a pot, add some broth and potatoes to get a stew going. Melinda's Snack Shack gets a solid 7.5/10 (breakfast bowl itself an 8.5/10)

He took our order and we got our drinks. Everything was clean. Our food came out quickly and was very tasty. As soon as we finished and got up to leave the guy working up front thanked us for coming in, washed off our table and picked the basket up from over the trash. I was really impressed.

I waited about 3 minutes for my meal and it was delicious. The spicy sauce on top mixed perfectly with the waffle and tube of meat.
