The Chips & Dip, house made seasoned chips with a perfect Blue Cheese dip with caramelized shallots, I suggest ordering an extra cup of the dip as there are an abundance of chips. My first cocktail was perfect or shall we say a "Pear-Fect Manhattan". This play on the Manhattan had a hint of pear and was spirit forward. We continued the evening with two sharable plates, the first was the Tenderloin Steak Bites served with a perfect Wasabi Kimchi Sauce.
