Leonard was great as well. Only feedback: 1. Leonard didn't wear or bring a mask for either of my two treatments. I let him use my personal mask, but given his line of work, he really should have his own mask. 2. Leonard didn't follow up on a few items-- including identifying exactly what type of pest I had, but since I never saw any of the pests following his treatments, that was the least of my concerns. Thanks, A-1!

They still claim it wasn't necessarily their fault but that they were going through a staffing problem and we may have been one of the customers that was caught up in it.. Yes I received my full refund after a long hard battle but I still stand by my first review.. However into my evening I…read morehear a noise in my kitchen I thought at first it was my daughter and quickly realized it was not. Went to inspect turned on the light and to my shock there was a very large rat on my stove. I was beyond scared, grossed out and unsure of what to do. After calling over 30ish 24 hour emergency numbers I found this angel of a company. Craig the owner hurt the tears and frustration in my voice and came out to help me. He even spent time talking to me to keep me calm. I hope I never need the service again but if I do I will always call him. 10/10 recommend

Ants are a yearly problem in our neighborhood, so we became accustomed to seeing a few here and…read morethere inside the house. But when a swarm of flying ants invaded our bedroom one night last summer, I called as many exterminators as I could. Craig was the first to offer help over the phone and schedule me for the following day. He treated the outside and inside of our home and explained the entire process while working. He is courteous, thorough, and professional. In this time of COVID, he wore a mask, booties, and stayed socially distant throughout. We didn't see ants again in the house the rest of 2020. This year, we called him at the first sight of ants. Then when a family member needed help with rodents, we called again. Brandi picked up regarding the rodent treatment and thoroughly explained the process and pricing over the phone. Once again, Craig was timely, friendly, and continued to deliver excellent service. Knowing what kind of peace of mind Craig & Brandi provide, money is no issue. That value is unparalleled, and I would recommend Royal Pest Elimination to anyone looking for ant/rodent services.

We set up a date/time, I followed up via text message to confirm but never got updated whether he would still complete the job or not. The owner Miguel text me back immediately with a Ok. This was the most unprofessional experience/waste of my time I ever had. Definitely, should have noticed the other reviews. I'm all for supporting small business if they actually understand business etiquette and superior customer service which clearly this business does not provide. Now I have to locate another pest control service to start the process and delay our basic needs pantry from reopening on date as expected. Do NOT waste your time and book this business!!

It was set up very poorly and unprofessional, and we later found out he was in violation with the way the trap was set up. There was nothing to protect our roof shingles from the animal if the animal was ever caught, which in our case, the animal was NEVER caught. He placed a can of cat food inside the trap and then he returned without our knowledge and placed another can of cat food and left the old can of cat food inside the trap that stood inside the trap for over two weeks, so you can only imagine the insect maggots that accumulated. He never returned our phone calls. He took our money and we never heard from the guy. ***** WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. ******

One of the first times my husband trimmed, he disturbed an inground nest of bees and was stung 9 times. He had an allergic reaction so we wanted to be sure the problem was resolved completely. We called the owner and he came out quickly and after his treatment we have seen no sign of them. He took care of a wasps nest on our house as well at the same visit. Since we were so pleased with that experience he was the one we contacted when we started getting carpenter ants {winged and unwinged} in our basement. He went above and beyond getting rid of the ants and going under our deck to make sure any place they could get in would be sealed. We are in our sixties and because of so many horrible experiences with contracting companies for different services in the last decade of our lives we began dreading having to call anyone for anything. Nick has been delightful and we will not hesitate to call him again. He is honest, fantastic at his job and more than fair in his pricing.

Nearly two years ago, my husband and I moved to a house in Geneva, and our finished basement was overrun with spiders. I was hesitant to call Joe because he is based in Carol Stream, making Geneva a bit of a hike, but after killing 14 spiders in our basement bathroom one day, and finding 10 there the next day, I could not cope anymore. Joe was happy to come out and give our house a thorough spray against pests. He does an extremely thorough job, even going into our crawl space to treat it as well. We now have the house treated against bugs quarterly, and I have not seen a spider in the basement since (true story). I would highly recommend Splat Pest Control if you too have a bug issue.
