I came home after Ethan did the treatment and discovered the Termidor chemical sprayed all over the entrance of the house and just left there, and the holes filled in with sloppy smeared cement. Now let me tell you I was so excited to pick off dead beetles instead of live ones now my roses are beautiful again. One of the things I like about laser is they are truthful they don't try to sell you something that you don't need. They are dependable. Now that is part of my story. A week after that I was a birthday party for my husband before the party we was setting out side getting ate up by mosquitoes and it was Saturday day before the party. Now I've always talked to Cory but this time I talked to Richard he couldn't get one of his guys at such a short notice and on Saturday so he arranged for this other man to come out. So I was confused where the extra fees came from and he said something about them coming out here. No one told us that . I called the guy who done our consultation and he was supposed to call me back and never did. Then when the guy was doing the extermination wouldn't even do any outside extermination. he said they skip the winter months outside. which is frustrating because the tree outside is what's causing our infestation with Barry Nats or whatever. I feel like it was a bait and switch. And then we didn't even get what we paid for.

They never even sent a second notice that the bill was unpaid. Think Laser Pest needs to learn some customer service. Not very a very professional company. I was totally thrown off guard. Give the customer a chance to make it right first. Come on!
