I was not pushy about him coming back and allowed him his two week vacation to the islands - even though he was back a full week and still did not call twice when he said he would. It cost $300, and they did not do anything inside. They said that they would recommend monthly follow-up visits for more $$, and they are scheduled to come back next week to check the exterior of the house. They also recommended putting up our dog food bowl and trimming the hedges in the back yard to be further from the house. We completely these things. We still have mice. And I am unsure how worthwhile this service is? I will wait and see if there is any improvement after this next visit, and will update my post afterwards.
