He shows up, walks through the areas he's going to treat, gives us the OK that every thing looked good and we could leave and to come back around 5pm. I'm sitting at a local Dennys having breakfast with my husband and son and get a call from my landlords scorning me because I wasn't ready for the exterminator! Um.. yes I was at 8am sharp. He came into the landlord office at 9am, an hour after we left complaining the house was covered in clothing (which it wasn't) and that he couldn't do his job so he just up and left! Walked right off the job! What did he do for an hour??? He moved my daughters bed 3 inches from where it was sitting. Literally that was it. I had to check and make sure he didn't steal any of our things! An hour to sit at my apartment and not do a damn thing, then lie to my landlords and walk off the job. And my landlords called to speak to a supervisor and never got a call back!!! So you bet I'll be calling Monday and asking what the heck happened. My daughter has no where to sleep because of these bed bugs and is staying at my grandparents and has for the last 3 weeks they've made me wait till they could come out! And then tell me it'll be another 3 weeks before they can come out again! Ridiculous! The man should be fired for walking out on a paid job!

I contacted Midwest Exterminators because I know they service many of the apartment complexes in Lawrence and are trusted. They quoted me an honest price. They gave me excellent and accurate information beyond the basics. Ottawa is not on their regular route and they explained how it would be scheduled. They were friendly. The exterminator came when he was scheduled. He did exactly what we needed. He was professional, thorough, courteous, explained what he was doing and what he observed, asked appropriate questions, and summarized at the end of each visit. He has been a pleasure to work with through each treatment and we had confidence in his work. The problem was resolved. We are happy with the experience and greatly relieved.

I came home after Ethan did the treatment and discovered the Termidor chemical sprayed all over the entrance of the house and just left there, and the holes filled in with sloppy smeared cement. After I called Ethan and shared my dismay, he came over again to clean up his mess. I've included pictures giving 2 examples of what I came home to. When he returned, Ethan did a good clean up but the concrete plugs were still not done with care.

So I called laser they came out and sprayed I have not seen a spider since. And while he was spraying he over heard me telling my husband that I can't get no one to spray my roses for beetles n said he will spray my roses. Now let me tell you I was so excited to pick off dead beetles instead of live ones now my roses are beautiful again. One of the things I like about laser is they are truthful they don't try to sell you something that you don't need. They are dependable. Now that is part of my story. A week after that I was a birthday party for my husband before the party we was setting out side getting ate up by mosquitoes and it was Saturday day before the party. N I called laser to see if they could help me out I talked to Richard. Now I've always talked to Cory but this time I talked to Richard he couldn't get one of his guys at such a short notice and on Saturday so he arranged for this other man to come out. My party was a success and we didn't get ate up by mosquitoes. I thank you guys so much. So the moral of this story is if you have a pest problem don't call no one else but laser they will take care of you.
