Called Critter Control and Amy the receptionist was extremely helpful just on the phone. She rearranged schedules so a man could come the next day. Braxton was a welcome professional. He is thorough, and shies away from nothing, irrespective of difficulty. His knowledge is remarkable and his expertise in tackling the situation confidently are unparalleled. He did a full assessment/inspection both interior and exterior, then identified areas needing further attention. He developed a plan with specifics and offered reassurances to "trust the process", as it was mapped out and executed (required patience on our part). He even readily answered subsequent calls to discuss additional questions we had. Communication was great with him even calling before his return planned visit to ensure of the agreed work beginning. The customer is provided a detailed quote for services as well as photographs of findings via email. It is 100% transparent and the customer feels completely informed. Braxton is a massive asset to Critter Control. Only regret was not knowing to call them sooner and the time wasted with people who were unable/unskilled to handle what we needed. I came home after Ethan did the treatment and discovered the Termidor chemical sprayed all over the entrance of the house and just left there, and the holes filled in with sloppy smeared cement. After I called Ethan and shared my dismay, he came over again to clean up his mess. I've included pictures giving 2 examples of what I came home to. When he returned, Ethan did a good clean up but the concrete plugs were still not done with care.

And while he was spraying he over heard me telling my husband that I can't get no one to spray my roses for beetles n said he will spray my roses. Now let me tell you I was so excited to pick off dead beetles instead of live ones now my roses are beautiful again. One of the things I like about laser is they are truthful they don't try to sell you something that you don't need. They are dependable. Now that is part of my story. A week after that I was a birthday party for my husband before the party we was setting out side getting ate up by mosquitoes and it was Saturday day before the party. N I called laser to see if they could help me out I talked to Richard. Now I've always talked to Cory but this time I talked to Richard he couldn't get one of his guys at such a short notice and on Saturday so he arranged for this other man to come out. So I was confused where the extra fees came from and he said something about them coming out here. No one told us that . I called the guy who done our consultation and he was supposed to call me back and never did. Then when the guy was doing the extermination wouldn't even do any outside extermination. he said they skip the winter months outside. which is frustrating because the tree outside is what's causing our infestation with Barry Nats or whatever.
