My dog died, dog weighed around 130 lbs. I called Critter Control because I couldn't move him he was just too heavy. The person I talked with assured me someone would call me back shortly, well that didn't happen. T h e next day I called again, now I know it's going to cost me alot and I told the girl I am willing to pay for their services. The dog is outside in the sun I CAN'T MOVE HIM!. Again they said someone would call back, nope didn't happen. We are now 2 days in with Temps in the 90's. Clark County animal control wasn't any help either, what the hell is someone to do? read more

I had pigeons in my attic a few weeks ago so I called Critter control. These guys were fantastic. They came out did a survey of the problem, came up with a game plan and a price that they guaranteed. Got rid of the pigeons, closed the entryway for them to come and go. Came back a day later to put up spikes and to sanitize the attic. Jacob, Jesse and Michael were all completely professional and cleaned up every piece of trash. I can now sleep without pigeons jumping in the attic. I would definitely use these guys again and would recommend them to anyone. read more

Had an absolutely amazing A+ experience with Critter Control. Joseph came out on a Monday to give us an estimate for a clean up job. Feral cats had made an abandoned home their litterbox for two years. The entire crawlspace REAKED. He let us know that because of the severity of the situation they couldn't make any promises about getting rid of the smell completely but that they would remove all the feces and any bodies and sanitize everything. Friday Ryan came out to clean up and he did a stellar job. He was a genuinely nice guy, and he went above and beyond what was expected of him. He stayed for hours, cleaned up so.much.poop. One week later I am happy to report that there is NO CAT SMELL AT ALL. None. It's completely gone!!! Even after it rained!!! Thank you for all your hard work Ryan! We have FINALLY finished our WORTHLESS 1 year contract with Critter Control. To start the guy came out and "surveyed" the property and said that 4 bait stations was enough and should handle the job. After that all that he did was come by, put in new bait and then tell us EVERY month that we have "high activity". I already knew that which is why I hired an extermination company. Not one time in the entire year did they propose a solution to fix the high activity, they just refilled stations. The guy would spend 2 minutes in our yard and then 20-30 minutes in his truck in our front yard doing god knows what. They never invoiced us properly, instead we would get an invoice every 2-3 months with late charges. Then when you try to call anyone you are routed out of state to people who have no clue what is going on in Nevada. Before you sign a contract with them, please consider using a local company (we thought they were, as that is how they represented themselves). Basically we wasted a year trying to get rid of a rat problem, and for 25% of their price you can get the same thing on Amazon. read more

I live on a golf course in las vegas. we have 5 coyotes that we contacted Critter Control regarding. Trapper Michael came and gave a wonderful presentation to our group. We began collecting money from the residents and had a second presentation by trapper Joseph. apparently Michael was no longer with the company. that should have been our first clue. We had all of our questions answered and money collected. Two days before the agreed upon date to begin, Critter Control stated they couldn't do the job that they didn't have the personnel! I now have to return over $2000 worth of checks to my neighbors. This company is fly by night, talks a good game but leaves you in the search. we even had a contract with an agreed upon charge ready for signing. Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! read more

My cat brought in a HUGE RAT and left it in my bathroom, I called over a dozen places and it was either "oh we don't do that" or sorry we don't open for 3 more hours even the 24/emergency places. I get ahold of critter control and they saved the day! They were quick and for it being so early and the weekend gave me a fair price to handle this HUGE issue for me, Joe was very professional and fast! Critter Control, Joseph Porter and Will S., sorry, he refused to give last name. After agreeing to take on the job, Will S called to reneige on the job, citing lack of personnel and no future availability. I guess this company will never be able to handle pest removal in the future. This company makes deals and then can't perform. There is no address for their office. I was told that they don't have one, only personal cell phones, which they don't answer except for new business. I am glad we didn't pay them and then try to track them down and get the money back after the job couldn't be done. I must say though, they did a wonderful and convincing sales presentation. We are very disappointed with this company, and will never hire them in the future. read more

Had a bee infestation inside of a wall in my home. Had to jump through hoops with my previous pest control company with zero solution after several attempts and 2 weeks with the hive growing rapidly. Luckily I was able to get ahold of Joe with critter control, he was at my house within 30 minutes of our initial phone call and had finished majority of the job that day. Then continued to come back periodically after that to seal off any openings to be sure the bees wouldn't attempt to rebuild their hive in the same location. I will gladly be using Critter Control as my pest control provider from now on. read more

This company is a joke. We had a rat issue in a built in Bbq area on a new home we purchased. I was promised it would be cleaned out and sanitized and look like new inside. I first had to put an extra door in because guys said they couldn't fit in. No problem I did that. They cleaned inside. When I inspected their work there was still debris , they didn't sanitize as promised ( atomize it) , and said they didn't power wash or anything ( still poop on floor). Literally all they did was take out the garbage in there. They charged 1200 dollars for something I could have done myself. They charged another 489 for closing up holes that critters can get into and covered up my drain hole with concrete? When I complained and said this needs to get done properly , they charged our card for the remainder although we specifically said do not charge the rest until work is completed. When we called to complain to the company we were passed on to 3 different people and none wanted to help. They even hung up on us! We filed a complaint with American Express which was our first time ever doing that with a company . They upsell and make promises they can't keep and play on people's emotions in regards to rodent issues. Don't ever use this company. They are crooks ! read more

I live in a duplex and the lady in the other side of the duplex found out she had a terrible rat problem. They called Critter Control and I believe they were out the same day. Joe came over to my place to explain what was going on. He was very personable and explained the whole process to me. I am new to Las Vegas and had no idea there was such a rat problem. Figured if my neighbor had them, it was likely I either had them or would have them. Joe came and examined my attic and found just a few remnants of rats. He went up and cleaned everything out and placed a rat trap or whatever you call them in the attic and three around the outside of the house. He comes every month to check the traps. So far there has just been moderate problems, and just a little bit of the bait was taken. I have yet to see one. I found the company to be very professional and Joe is great to work with. I feel confident that I will not have a problem. I know if I do have one they will be there right away. I would highly recommend this company. read more
