The installers, Adam and RJ, arrived at my home on time, were courteous, respectful of some specific requests I had, and were done with the job in about an hour, which was much faster than I expected. This company did not do an inspection of the attic, just recommended the "encapsulation" based on their assumptions. We contacted Koala for a second quote and Bruce spent time walking our entire attic. He reported we had no damage due to the cleared rodents and did note our 17 year old home did have some spots where the insulation was not up to R38 standards (some areas only had 4" of insulation. Koala came out and upgraded the entire attic to a consistent 14" of insulation for $1500. We couldn't be happier!
