Kewalo Basin Harbor Corner... Not official but I must give it a name as it seems this is the somewhat permanent fixture of the outdoorsy vibe with famous Kaka'ako Farmers Market every Saturday and now is the home to many food trucks. Crispy Grindz is not a newbie but is to the area on this part of the island and gosh what a welcome new flavors it brings. All things from Brazil including the familiar Açaí bowl and cheese bread by Nosh and something new to me "Pastels" dough stuffed with either savory or sweet fillings then fried in peanut oil nice and crispy I got the chicken special and this yummy goodness is stuffed with shredded chicken, spinach, cheese, tomatoes which is wrapped and fried golden all made fresh and isn't as heavy as what I thought I'd be...flavorful and just a nice perfect size for a snack. The ladies there are a delight and know this will be another convenient place to grab an açaí bowl as well as it's still blazing hot here while you can enjoy the harbor view. Thank you!

The bread is hot and fresh! It tastes like fried mochi, cheese balls. Service is not bad and prompt. It's a food truck in the kakaako farmers market. There's seating in the pier. It was so good, we went back for 5 more lol definitely recommend!

Love the Brazilian type food and snacks, they are located with plenty sitting spaces available for customers

All fresh and natural Açaí bowls... no added sugars. So delicious!! I added banana, strawberry, granola, and peanut butter. My daughter added blueberries, coconut, banana and peanut butter. They had so many choices of things to add. The açaí was made with açaí berries with a little fresh banana only. Best I've tasted!

The best açaí you'll ever find. I learned about this place from my Brazilian friends. I figure if the Brazilians eat it, it must be legit. That's not the only thing that's good either, the coxinha is actionnnnn, too. I drive here from Kailua because I refuse to eat açaí bowls anywhere else already........tired of icy bowls that taste more like a smoothie. Besides all that, the owner is the nicest!!

Service was great! Food came out fast and tasted fresh and amazing. Definitely coming back again. Praying blessings over this business!

The acai is so thick and flavorful, the granola has the perfect crispy texture, and the HONEY - incredible; simply out of this world. This place has literally ruined all future acai bowls for me. I came twice. The first time I got the regular size (16 oz) and the ratio of acai to toppings/granola was perfect. I got the large (24 oz) during my second visit and felt the ratio was off with not enough toppings/granola for the amount of acai in the large. If you want a well balanced bowl I recommend going with the regular size. Not much seating available, more of a grab and go type of place. Both times I took my acai bowl to enjoy by the beach :) can't think of a better way to start the day on this beautiful island.

It is an order and pick up at the counter eatery. My daughter (an açaí bowl junkie) had read the reviews and really wanted to try an açai bowl so we set out to find it. We visited on a Monday morning for breakfast. The decor is beachy and tropical . The vibe is casual and relaxed. It has a tiny indoor seating area and a few tables outside. We sat outside. We ordered a latte, an açai bowl, and a smoothie. I was bummed that my smoothie could not be customized. The base was premade so I was not able to make any adjustments to it. Our items were ready in a reasonable amount of time. The portion size was a little smaller than we expected. As for taste, the açai bowl was good. The smoothie was a little bland, but at the same time, had a tad too much honey. Service was wonderful. We would visit again.

It is also the best thing I have had on my one-week trip to Hawaii. Let me start by saying I visited this place two years ago and made it my mission to come back. Since my group of nine decided to book a trip to Hawaii, this was the first thing I added to the itinerary. And again, it did not disappoint. The service is top tier. The busser saw our large group come in and asked if we wanted to sit at a table we were eyeing, then cleaned it off for us and added extra seating so all of us could fit. The cashier was also very nice, and once your order is ready, the workers explain the toppings bar so you can dress your açaí bowl however you want (coconut flakes, granola, honey, chia seeds, etc.). I got the regular açaí bowl, and again, it is the best açaí bowl I have ever had. The açaí is thick and very rich, and you can tell the blend is real açaí and the berries on top are fresh. The topping bar is a great touch because you can customize it to your liking. It is sweet but not overly sweet or artificial tasting. It also takes a long time to melt, so you can take your time eating it. We also got a couple waffles on the side, and those were good too.

I tried several bowls including the Da Cove, Mana, Lava, Hapa, and Hawaiian. The fruit in every bowl tasted incredibly fresh and everything was really enjoyable. My fav was definitely the Hawaiian because it includes paʻiʻai, which I later learned is hand-pounded steamed taro. It had a slightly chewy, paste like texture that was really good and added something special to the bowl. I would easily recommend this spot to anyone visiting. I'd definitely come back the next time I'm in Hawaii. We didn't get a chance to try any of their other food or drinks though, so that's something I'd want to check out next time. There are quite a lot of seats inside, which makes it fairly easy to find a place to sit. They do have parking right in front of the shop, but the spaces are a little tight. The bathroom was a bit questionable though it was very dimly lit and seemed to double as a storage area.

Parking is super easy with the complimentary structure, and the café is located on the bottom floor alongside other vendors. One thing I immediately appreciated was how well air-conditioned the entire market is--it's nice and cool, which makes sitting and eating there really comfortable. The cashier recommended the turkey pesto croissant, but suggested swapping it onto ciabatta since it's one of her favorites--and I'm so glad I trusted her. It was phenomenal. The flavors were balanced, the bread held everything together perfectly, and it felt like a step above your typical sandwich. I also had what looked like a simple salad, but the vinaigrette and candied pistachios really elevated it and made it feel more thoughtful than expected. The staff across the board were friendly and welcoming, and there's plenty of seating--whether inside the café or out in the open market area. Honestly, the value surprised me the most. I paid under $13 for everything, which is hard to beat for the quality. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to.

Seating is limited so it may be difficult to find seating especially during high traffic meal times. May have better luck finding seating outside. I've been here multiple times for lunch and had multiple different items. The acai bowl are good. I like getting the Nalu salad which is always a decent serving and tastes fresh. The sandwiches are also pretty tasty. My main issue is the service. I'm not sure if part of their training is to ignore the customer as much as possible because that has been my experience on multiple occasions. The most recent visit, I had ordered online and was going to pick up m food for takeout. There were three workers at the front just talking. I walked to the counter and was ignored. I could see where the orders are placed and didn't see anything there so figured my order wasn't ready yet. I stood on the side for at least 5 minutes without any greeting or acknowledgement. Not a single person made eye contact with me. When I saw an order placed on the back counter one of them grabbed it and placed it on the takeout counter without calling out the name and went back to chatting. I had to actively try to get their attention at which point I was looked at like I was bothering them. Asked if my order was ready and was handed it without any further interaction. I don't expect happy go lucky people and conversation but at least basic customer service.

The juices here are really amazing, which says a lot for my partner and me as we typically turn our noses down on them because they taste too healthy and disgusting for us lol. Not this place though. We tried the following: - Blue Hawaii - seasonal special. Gingery and zesty. - ALOH signature - wow, what a delicious and refreshing green juice! Can't believe how healthy and how much vegetables are in it--yet, it doesn't taste "awful" as other green juices I've tried at other places. - Likelike - amazing beet juice. It's a bit sweeter than the other juices, thanks to the beet. - Macadamia latte (hot with oat milk) - oops, I accidentally ordered it with oat milk instead of macadamia milk. By the time I realized my error, it was too late and the drink was in my hand already. Thus, the macadamia flavor wasn't very strong, but it wasn't bad either. - Mahana latte (iced) - great and refreshing, but not as complex as I expected based on the many ingredients listed for this drink. I think the espresso flavor was very strong and cut right through all other ingredients. Some people may delight in that, while others maybe less so. - Basil pesto toast - simple but good and filling. Comes in two pieces, which makes it easy to share with another person.
